Switching primary care doctors

If you have access to your patient portal, check if the results are posted there. If they aren't, maybe just give your primary care doctor a call.

Antiphospholipid syndrome is an autoimmune condition where, basically, your body creates antibodies against certain molecules, which triggers blood clotting. Depending on which clinical criteria you meet, treatment usually means either lifelong Aspirin or a lifetime of Warfarin (or some other vitamin K antagonist). Since this syndrome causes clotting, the most common issue is deep vein thrombosis leading to a pulmonary embolism, though you could also deal with heart attacks, strokes, or clots in the GI tract and renal veins. Because of all that, staying on top of your meds is pretty much non-negotiable.

Tryptophan is an essential amino acid, so you have to get it through your diet. Honestly, pretty much everything works—meat, fish, eggs, asparagus, cheese, chocolate... you name it. If you're low on tryptophan, you'll likely run low on serotonin and melatonin too, which might mess with your mood or sleep. I guess just try eating more of it.

It probably means there are trace amounts of ketones in there. Qualitative just means they're checking if it's present or not rather than giving a specific number. Ketones shouldn't be there, which is why the reference range is listed as negative.

You book with the referral just like you did before all this. I'd suggest phone, fax, or email. There's no point in driving over there just to wait in line and go through the whole hospital entry process if you can handle it from home.

Kids don't need their own pass if they're traveling with parents who already have them.

What exactly do you need to check?
I'm not sure what's confusing you. To travel from Brod County to Indianapolis, you need an e-Permit and a ride. You said you can get the permit, but you don't have a ride. So, unless you find someone to drive you, you aren't getting there before May 11th (when inter-county transit starts up again).

Since the first flu cases usually start popping up around December ( [Graph 4]), and you need about two weeks after the shot for antibodies to actually kick in, I guess mid-November is probably the right time to get vaccinated.

I guess Microsoft Outlook works fine for me. Haven't really had any issues with Gmail.
