There was a time when I used to spend my days typing out all sorts of nonsense on my phone, copying emails and whatnot... Honestly, some of the stuff we dealt with was pretty brutal. It ranged from callers asking how many sandwiches we needed delivered to Athens, to these self-proclaimed "founders" emailing us demanding five free tickets, then another five, and so on...

Then there was this one guy who insisted he deserved a ticket. When we told him straight up that nobody gets freebies—that we pay Hajduk down to the very last cent—he claimed he knew John and that John would be furious if we didn't hook him up. The funny thing about the whole situation was that John was actually standing right next to me the entire time.
I remember this new member coming in to fill out a registration form. He heads back to the office and asks his buddy:
"Man, regarding this email, how am I supposed to draw a picture of that idiot? Jesus!?!?"

And don't even get me started on the people throwing TVs onto the field in Chicago, or setting fire to the flag at the Rose Bowl, and all that other chaos...

😲😲 🙂 you wouldn't believe the variety of characters we had... it’s a good thing we managed to pull through and finish these last two seasons strong.

A long time ago, back on the old .org forums, someone started a thread about fans who showed up to the stadium despite everything life threw at them—whether it was battling an illness, recovering from a broken limb, dealing with an accident, or even grieving a loved one. I can almost guarantee that the anonymous guy in this photo, if he’s feeling any better these days, would be touched to see himself mentioned in a tribute like that.

🤷 Honestly, if you want to talk about misfortune, we’ve had nothing but twenty-five years of pure chaos at the Rose Bowl, spanning from the cleaning staff all the way up to the director. The real disaster was Dr. Baluna F.F. (may his luck never turn around), along with Iko Buljan, the late Kaleb, and that perennial president of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Nadan V. Then there’s Štico and his red-clad rivalry against Panathinaikos in San Francisco. It’s been a streak of poor workmanship and shady characters in every past administration that landed us in this mess... but these guys? They truly embody the Los Angeles Dodgers in every sense of the word. Even if we did suffer a crushing 0-25 loss, the pride I feel is impossible to put into words because you can finally see a glimmer of something positive on the horizon. There’s actual hope now. 😉

I found some pretty interesting commentary under this piece ☕ ...it looks like people are trying to inject a lot of politics back into the conversation again. It’s going to be a real challenge to separate the actual supporters from the opportunists ☕
As far as I can tell, the only ones I truly trust right now are Paladino and one veteran supporter who's been around since the beginning (🙂 🧐). As for everyone else, we'll just have to wait and see how things unfold.
