Issues with my name on Meta in IT Support ·
Hey there 🙂 I was trying to change my name on Meta, but whenever I try to save it, I get hit with this message: "We require everyone to use their authentic name on Facebook." Now, look—I totally get the sentiment behind the policy, I really do—but the specific word I'm trying to use is already being used by plenty of other people on the platform... so I can't quite wrap my head around why it’s flagging me specifically. Any idea what's going on? 😠
I’m originally from Canada, and honestly—since I was a kid—I’ve dealt with this massive complex about my nose being too large. It really takes a toll on my self-confidence, which, let's be real, isn't exactly something I have to spare in the first place 🤦
So, I’ve finally decided to pull the trigger on surgery, but I want to do it in Chicago—I just feel like the quality of care there would be significantly higher... The problem is, I haven't the slightest clue where in Chicago I should go or which surgeon can actually do a high-quality job without charging an absolute fortune 🙏. If any of you have gone through this in Chicago, or even if you just know of a reputable clinic, I would be SO incredibly grateful for some leads! Please, if you don't mind, drop the name of the clinic and the price, and if you're feeling generous, tell me a bit about your experience
How to build strength without bulking up? in Hobbies & Leisure ·
For the first time in my life, someone actually had the nerve to give me unsolicited weight loss advice :'D
I’ve actually already started hitting the local gym because I was feeling way too thin—since clearly, just overeating wasn't doing the trick, I guess this is my only remaining option.
Anyway, I won't bore you all with this any longer—thanks so much to everyone for the replies!

Look, I know I didn't say this was "overbuilt"—and I certainly wasn't implying that—but somehow, it just doesn't look right to me. Given that I haven't been hitting the gym consistently (I went steady for about a year, then took an eighteen-month hiatus, and just jumped back in about a week ago), seeing these results already... well, it’s a little daunting to think about what might happen after a few more months of this.
For context, I'm on the shorter side—about 5'2"—and weighing in at 115 lbs.
I realize it's practically impossible to build strength without adding some bulk to certain areas, but I'm curious if there's a way to maximize my strength gains while minimizing the "widening" effect. nimblesurfer77, haha, let's just say I have my reasons 🙄

Hey there! I'm an 18-year-old woman.
So, just as the title suggests, I’m looking for ways to build up my strength—specifically in my biceps or legs—but without actually adding bulk to those areas. To be honest, I've never really been a fan of that overly muscular look on women, yet I still want to feel stronger in those specific spots. 🙄
I’ve been hitting the local gym for a little while now, and I’ve already noticed my legs starting to take on that somewhat "buffed out" shape... which honestly has me a bit worried that they might just keep getting wider over time if I'm not careful.
I've heard people mention that incorporating cardio is the way to go alongside lifting—is there any truth to that?
Also, from what works best: should I tackle the cardio first—like a quick run—or dive straight into the weight training?
