It’s just brutal. Sixteen years... sixteen long years waiting on a verdict for the Bad Boys 🤮

It'll hit the mainstream news soon, I'm positive... at least that's what the sports networks were hinting at yesterday.
That 3,000 figure Index reported? Total nonsense. Pure stupidity.
The whole press release about those mercenaries was scrubbed 🤔 🤷

Every single time. Does anyone actually know what's going on? I've tried ten times yesterday and ten times today, just the same damn thing over and over.

Go ahead and try grabbing some tickets online if you're so sure half the North Stand is actually available.

Not just the ones currently under a ban, mind you. So, they’ve essentially interpreted the law however they want to, deciding for themselves who counts as a "threat" without asking anyone else, even if that person's legal issues are long gone. That's how most of this so-called "blacklist" was actually born. Just a bunch of "insights" handed over obediently by the FBI crew.
Maybe that explains that crazy business with reading out petty offenses and calling people out on Nu2...
Basically, LA Galaxy claims they can act as this independent, self-appointed judicial-style enforcement body. They think they can sanction anyone on that list by banning them from public gatherings without ever checking with the FBI or the courts.
Even though the Supreme Court ruled in a previous case that "knowledge of unlawful behavior" can only come from valid sanctions issued by actual legal authorities, LA Galaxy sees things differently. And the FBI and the courts? They’re just shrugging their shoulders. It means someone who had a court-ordered ban for a specific period could end up singing battle songs and facing these club sanctions for the rest of their life, if LA Galaxy feels like it. It's effectively being tried twice for the same thing, only this time by a (usurped) private association.
In my opinion, the FBI shouldn't even be giving them lists of citizens who are free and clear, whose penalties expired a long time ago. It's a total violation of civil rights and data privacy.
But Svetin and the rest of them dodge the issue by using that clever phrasing about the "FBI compiling the list." They conveniently forget to mention that while the FBI shouldn't even be sending this info to a private group, they aren't the ones issuing the punishments based on that list—it's Svetin's association doing the punishing. Like some kind of paramilitary enforcement wing.
So, I still have no clue exactly who is on those current lists. At this point, they could probably throw anyone they don't like onto there, as long as they have some old record from years ago. Whatever.

Man, you guys are running a circus again. You really think you’re gonna show up to a home game up north in November against John Doe, standing out in the freezing rain with maybe eighty other people, surrounded by 300 stray dogs, just to watch some Portuguese squad while Jerry Maguire sits pretty in the luxury box? We all know you won't. Just like how you couldn't wait to head east earlier.
Yeah, fireworks, paper flying around during an Outlaw raid... 🤣

What on earth are they thinking over there? 🤣
