I heard you can always request one regardless of whether a case is ongoing or if there's a final judgment, but the document would just state the status mentioned above. So, basically, can you get the certificate itself just by submitting the request...?

You can request it, but it’ll show that a case is pending. Though, sometimes it might show nothing at all... and once you get a final judgment, it might come back blank again...

Instead of actually aiming for something high-quality and urban—and I hate using that word—you guys just gravitate toward trashy stadium rock and whatever else is playing on the radio... I also don't see the point in copying anyone, especially when you're just mimicking those bottom-feeders
