First off, membership dues stay with the club, but they'll frame it as a loan just to pull some legal fast ones since the club is a public corporation.

You think you're becoming a member of the club, but you aren't actually paying membership dues to the club itself. Instead, that money goes to Association Our Hajduk, which then essentially lends it to the club. In the end, through these loans, they'll just end up converting it into even more shares...
