I’m really not feeling the move to Madison Square Garden, and honestly, I'm not a fan of all this jumping around either—even if we don't have much say in the matter anyway. If we end up settling in at the Los Angeles Lakers' place, let's just make sure it actually feels like home. 😉

That's just not true. This actually happened back in the fall of 2002 during some Central European league match held at the Matchbox, and these photos are from that specific game. I remember there was this guy named Mandic playing for the Patriots, and the team absolutely tore him apart because he was an American wearing a Patriots jersey.😁 It honestly surprises me that anyone even found footage from this game, considering there were barely any fans or Bad Boys there at the time.

He’s not stupid at all. New York City is a place that could easily handle two or three major soccer clubs, just like it did before WWII. That vacuum created after 1945 still impacts New York City today because the city lacks a proper multi-sport club or even a real rivalry, despite having massive capacities that could hold their own on a European scale. I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel here, but if someone like Tedeski showed up in the soccer scene, they'd pull in a huge crowd very quickly. Look at Medvešćak, Cedevita, or even NK Chicago back in 2001—they all serve as proof of how fickle the supposedly loyal Dynamo fans can be and how much people actually crave something new. That’s basically the answer to why New Yorkers are so passive regarding the current situation with Dynamo. People love Dynamo... they just don't love them enough to lose their minds over it.

Brothers, we have a long road ahead of us once Mamić is finally out... But that belongs in the GNK thread, so I'll drop my take on that some other day.

I don't recall this group ever being this obsessed with what the media says about us. Let's be real: the press has never been on our side, and honestly, it would be weird if they suddenly were. Just relax and tell them where to shove it. 👍

I’m really hoping this turns out to be huge. This matters for another reason, too. It’s a massive chance for the Bad Boys to finally get some actual music going in an arena setting—stuff with rhythm and actual substance. We need to expand our repertoire beyond just those basic, one-syllable chants! 👍 I just hope we don't blow this opportunity

Jesse Campbell said:The inspectors need to stick to their original ruling, otherwise we’re basically living in a chaotic mess like Idi Amin's Kenya. Honestly, trying to link this sports inspection process to what's happening in Ukraine is a massive stretch.

So, when is this actually going to happen? I want a specific date for the decision—or at least a rough timeframe. Are we talking a month, two months, three months, or a year from now? And please, spare me the "tick-tock" nonsense. Given how slowly these bureaucrats run the country, they’ll probably all be out of office by autumn anyway. By then, we can deal with the sports inspectors and the Department of Defense on our own terms. I just don't want us getting screwed over in the end. Just sayin...

I honestly don't get why everyone is heading toward Yankee Stadium instead of using the Jack Nicklaus entrance. There aren't nearly as many security guards or crowds over there, so you can breeze right in like a VIP in a matter of minutes. When I came through the main gate, I was stuck waiting for thirty minutes just to get into the east stands, but with the Jack Nicklaus entrance, I was in my seat immediately.

How could anyone cheer against Inter, or Skonta, or those old rivalries?
That would be a completely different vibe back then.

Look, you know as well as I do that you can't compare those games to the big rivalry match... not every game carries the same weight, and you can't apply the same logic to everything. For instance, when we’re at the big derby and someone starts chanting about how much we hate the other side, the whole stadium erupts because even though we're rooting against them, we're also implicitly backing our rivals just to spite the opponent. But against Inter? You're strictly rooting for the underdog. It's obvious that everyone's emotions are getting tangled up—you want to support the underdog a little, but you also want to stick it to the main rivals, and honestly, we don't have the right anthems to capture that specific energy. 😁 Just kidding, mostly. Later.

Like which ones?

Ryan Chavez3 said:I’ve gotta hand it to the guys running the chants. They’re putting in the work, trying to get the whole section hyped and giving it everything they've got.

But everyone else? Most people just don't feel like getting involved. And it's not just some excuse about "old school" fans refusing to show up. Nobody wants to. It honestly sucks seeing the atmosphere at our stadium get worse year after year, but hey, I guess we're heading in a new direction.

People are losing interest because there's zero variety in the songs we sing. On this scene, we barely have three decent anthems to our name before everything just devolves into mindless shouting... Honestly, the fans over in Europe have it way better; they took the best melodies and actually use them to fuel the crowd. This really hits home for the Boyz, because let's be real, our "songs" have always been pretty pathetic—just a bunch of yelling. No wonder people are getting bored.

James Smith48 said:PSG has support and fans without the BBB. They’re just a headache for the club's management.
Without the BBB, there is no Dinamo.

Look, Dinamo has supporters and fans even without the BBB. But honestly, whose fault is it that Dinamo isn't a club from a nation of 330 million people, or a massive metropolis of 8 million, or a global brand that half the Arab world follows? If we were a club like that, we wouldn't be struggling to fill Maksimir while PSG packs out Parc des Princes every single weekend. And seriously, who told you that 50,000 people at the Parc des Princes share the same mindset as those "kiss your mother" types? If you actually knew what kind of crap other groups across Europe deal with, you wouldn't be talking like this. The BBB aren't some isolated anomaly in their struggle; repression is a nasty business in plenty of other countries too.

As for the idea that KoB isn't standing up for their own club—I don't even want to get into that. Half the group is basically working for them, taking orders while Alfons and Mustafa wait around like idiots. A little respect wouldn't kill anyone.

copperharbor02 said:Yeah, they exist. Look at PSG. Look at the Boulogne Boys.

There are plenty of groups like this all over France, even in the lower leagues in Germany, not to mention Poland, or even Spain where it’s been going on for years. It doesn't really change our specific struggle, but it’s important so people don't get it into their heads that we're some exotic band of Dinamo ultras who are somehow unique outliers fighting "the system." There are groups just like ours out there doing the exact same thing, just trying to stay relevant.😉

You'll Never Walk Alone existed way before Liverpool FC fans started singing it in the stands. I read somewhere it was first sung back in 1945. It was just a regular song, like how we used to blast Taylor Swift 😍

http://youtu.be/B7YhWIzd-gc?t=7m7s

They basically ripped off our anthem.

I honestly still don't see the issue. If anything, I'm flattered because that's the greatest fan anthem ever written. If people want to copy us, let them—it only proves we're the standard. There's no need to make a massive deal out of it, even though I see the YouTube comments are already turning into a total circus 🤣 90% of stuff in the sports world is just a copy of something else. Since when did someone stealing a melody become such a holy crusade? Seriously... how many different groups have bulldogs in their logos? Just drop the drama and let them enjoy a damn good tune. It sounds great in English too.

Those idiots from St. Louis

I don't see what the problem is, sounds pretty good to me. If they want to copy, let them. There’s nothing new under the sun when it comes to fan culture, and honestly, it’s just a win for us if they're taking notes! 👍 I mean, what would Liverpool FC fans even say about You'll Never Walk Alone? 🤣

December 2010... Back then, the group's whole vibe was to boycott everything, even that fateful championship run... But honestly, who actually followed through on that? Was that even how it went?

The official stance was simple: nobody follows any regional league, regardless of the sport, and every single member is expected to stick to it. It wasn't rocket science, really.

The issue isn't about what Los Angeles Lakers is as a club; it's simply that Real Madrid has absolutely zero damn connection to them, and that’s where the whole argument ends. Real Madrid isn't SD, and being a die-hard Real Madrid fan doesn't obligate me to cheer for any other team in New York City just because they play a different sport.

By pure coincidence, I root for the Chicago Bears and the Golden State Warriors. As for the US Water Polo Team, I couldn't care less, I can't stand the Los Angeles Lakers, and the Cleveland Cavaliers just irritate me. Like you can see, supporting Real Madrid has nothing to do with how I feel about teams in other sports.👋

Roger Campbell40 said:Milsim thinks the Los Angeles Lakers are just some manufactured franchise for the American elite—a parasite that guts every other team in its path until it eventually destroys itself. All they ever talk about is the history of Central Park and the Lakers, how they were founded, or why they actually mattered back in the NFL days... I bet you’ll end up hating that club even more than you ever hated Coca-Cola.

🙂 sure, because the Los Angeles Lakers are such a Washington, D.C. sacred institution 🙂

Let me try to break this down:

The Bad Boys are strictly supporters of the Dallas Cowboys, and that’s the group's bottom line. Period.
Look, if some of the Bad Boys are following the other clubs in D.C., they’re doing it on their own time. They aren't speaking for the group when they post that stuff—it's just them acting as individuals.
Washington, D.C. just doesn't have that classic rivalry dynamic like you see with Real Madrid, Fenerbahçe, or FC Barcelona. Since the Dallas Cowboys are easily the most popular team in town, their fans don't really share any deep connection with the other local clubs. It’s not about loyalty to a specific city identity or anything; it basically just comes down to whether an individual fan feels like supporting someone else or not. It's all purely down to personal preference at this point.
Look, a Dallas Cowboys fan can absolutely despise the Lakers, love the Chicago Bulls, and still hate the Brooklyn Nets. It’s possible. A New York City FC supporter might loathe the Cowboys while simultaneously showing up to watch a Lakers game. These aren't the same teams, they never will be, and there isn't some magical bond connecting them other than the fact that they all call Washington, D.C. home. If I claim to support every single team in the city, then logically, I’d have to back New York City FC, or a Lakers fan would have to pull for the New York Knicks or even grab a Coca-Cola. It’s a total paradox.
Even if there was a version of the Los Angeles Lakers, I’m pretty damn sure the Bad Boys wouldn't bother following any kind of regional league.

Look, you're more than welcome to follow the Los Angeles Lakers if that's what you want, but do it on your own time. Don't pretend you're speaking for the whole group. And honestly, even if you do decide to stick with them, you might want to rethink whether following the Lakers through the NBA is actually worth your sanity. 🙂
