Is there anyone out there who can help? I’ve been assigned this task to go through about 50 pages of some English text—it's from a book called The Effective leadership Guide—and then put together a PPT.
I'm actually a bit stumped on the best way to phrase "Effective leadership" in my head while working through it... any thoughts on how to capture that essence properly?

I actually thought I had them—well, at least my doctor suspected internal hemorrhoids were on the way—but they’ve finally cleared up. I was dealing with some pretty stubborn, hard stools for a few days there, which led to some bleeding. I wasn't quite sure what was going on, so I was sipping on some Portalak syrup and drinking angelica tea to help things move along. I eventually went in for a checkup—had to undergo a rectoscopy, which, honestly, just gives me the chills whenever I think about it now :'(—but the doctor told me everything looked perfectly clean and normal, no hemorrhoids in sight. Since that appointment, the pain and the bleeding have completely vanished.

I’m checking in here for the very first time. I’ve been dealing with this on and off since June—it comes and goes, really. On average, I’m feeling pains about every two weeks, and there’s also some light bleeding involved.
The last couple of days have been pretty rough with intense pain, and my folks are really pushing me to finally go see a doctor. Honestly, I’m feeling incredibly uneasy about it—I'm actually a bit terrified of the exam itself and everything else that might follow. For those of you who have been through this, what was your very first appointment like? How did you feel when you first reached out to a doctor about this issue?

Honestly, I’m also planning to ditch the pills. I’ve only got three left in the pack. I'm just hoping—fingers crossed—that I won't end up pregnant, that my mood stays steady instead of dipping into depression, and that my libido actually kicks back in... oh, and maybe even drop a few pounds while I'm at it! I don't think I'm asking for too much, right? 😁
