I guess you all went a little too hard on him after all 😉

Just a heads-up: I’m going to start scrubbing any "funny" little calls for a lynch mob directed at people who actually enjoy this kind of music. If anyone decides to make a habit of it, you might just find yourself facing a permanent ban...

Let’s get back to the off-topic thread😳

Yesterday was decent. Picked up a CD🙂, spent most of my time explaining to anyone listening why Dire Straits absolutely crushes Xiu Xiu🙂

Those Brits were actually pretty charming... they totally caught me off guard by narrating every single track with those "this song is about a girl" intros😍

Now I’m genuinely counting down the days until SUPERHIKSE🙂

Looks like I've been dealt a bad hand. I'm going to have to grind through 7 gigs in 7 days... 😵 It’s a good thing I decided to just stay home and nurse on Sunday instead. 😳

Zachary Bishop82 said:Esce has positioned itself primarily as a concert venue rather than a club, which is where IEEE holds the edge. People head to Esce specifically for the show, whereas at IEEE, they’d stay to party afterward. You don't really go to Esce to dance all night, which actually works for me, especially if the gig is on a weekday...

Exactly. Those people who just want to party at concerts are the absolute worst...🧐

Well, I guess I'll see you there then...

Sure, but I can't exactly listen to it; she'll start yelling at me and hitting me over the head 🙂

Well, if we crossed paths at that disaster of a show last night, I guess I should never say never again 🙂

I just caught a rumor on another board about some band called The Meenies from the UK playing a set tonight for free 😕 Does anyone have the scoop? And could someone do me a massive favor and check out their MySpace to tell me what they actually sound like? Living under capitalism, I can't exactly afford to go find out myself 😳

EDIT: I noticed the guy is wearing a Real Kids shirt, so maybe I'll show up after all 🙂

If you had been born just five years earlier, you would have ended up in Chicago 😬

I’m not going to get into everyone's personal taste, but if I were looking for a good time right now, I’d probably jump on a tribute set for The Clash, Stillness, or Nervous... but damn it all, why isn't a single gig scheduled for the weekend? It's just plain stupid 🙂

So, what’s the plan for Wednesday's meat pies and sarajevo rolls? 🙂

And where’s Seka? 🙂

Law 👋 wants to play "Diane" on cellos 😬

How could you say they weren't even part of the crew and still managed to scratch him?

it's not just "that music," it's punk 😠

zapeta 🙂

the RKL was actually 😍 beautiful
...

Ah, yeah, I see it now

Damn, what a hell of a way to handle that🙂

What was the point of those jokes? They were supposed to be funny to someone, I guess. As far as I know about SPUNK, this wasn't some joke—it was serious. And good. Really good. What exactly did they rework that was so excellent? My memory is a bit fuzzy on that... 🤔

As for It's my onehundredandedevent birthday tour ! [ mandelbrot set ] Very Expensive porno Movie +, I have nothing to say. Even I can pick up an instrument if I try... 🙄

The whole damn parapunx crew is showing up at Bruno Atomico’s place. You people are out of your minds.

They'll burn that dive bar to the ground... it's going to be like Southall in '85...😲

Is DJ Anhell even in the running?
