I don't have time to read through everything, but I need some advice. I mailed a book to a gentleman via USPS, but he ended up receiving some woman's cosmetics instead. I stopped by a local CVS to ask about it, and the clerk mentioned they strip the labels at the main distribution center, re-enter everything into the system, and slap on new ones—so there was likely a mix-up during processing. I gave him a tracking number the lady at the counter provided, but nobody is picking up when I call it... any ideas on what I should do next?
