Susan Jackson12 said:It’s actually more effective to just power through without stopping—I honestly don't see the point of doing 180 crunches. It feels like a total waste of time.

Well, something is always better than nothing—especially if we're talking about those standard, old-school moves that don't really do much for you anyway. At least you're moving. Besides, everyone seems so obsessed with getting those abs; if they’d just take five minutes to Google actual core training, they'd find half a dozen exercises that are infinitely better than basic crunches.

The real preference for bodybuilders is Casein, usually paired with a mountain of chicken breasts.😁

Have you guys seen those YouTube documentaries about steroids? It turns out everyone is juicing...
Even those pretty boys you see plastered on magazine covers looking perfectly shredded.
Some fitness trainers have actually admitted they started at fifteen.
Even Arnold Schwarzenegger admitted he used them.
Pro athletes use them too.

I watched that documentary yesterday... it talks quite a bit about American arrogance—saying one thing while doing another—but honestly, that’s nothing new.
Regarding steroids, in pro bodybuilding, it’s an open secret that everyone is on them because competing at that level without them is nearly impossible nowadays. Other sports are the same; the pace is relentless, professionalism is brutal, and if you want to survive—to stay relevant and make those massive payouts—you eventually have to take something, unfortunately.
Fitness models and their ilk live off every single ounce of muscle, so they occasionally load up, all while peddling their own protein brands or whatever else. It’s transparently about the money; a crowd of people falls for the hype and buys the products, which just boosts the influencers' popularity even further...
Hmm, it was mentioned that, interestingly enough, it's actually the recreational lifters who use the most. I suspect they’re the ones who get hit hardest by steroids, especially since they don't do it properly or under supervision. Pros have medical teams monitoring them, whereas amateurs often just wing it—they lack the education, and that’s how you end up wrecking your health...

I doubt I'll be getting any action—not that I’m holding my breath. Honestly, I'll probably be passed over for those high rollers who are dropping a few thousand bucks every single day.

I don't even have an account open with any of those online sportsbooks yet—honestly, I’m just planning to wait until I’ve scraped together enough cash, move it over to my debit card, and then maybe dabble a bit online. But you guys are right, who really cares? Let them pass whatever laws they want. There is way more illegal activity happening in this country that nobody even bothers to prosecute.

I’m hearing all of this for the first time—honestly, I had no clue online betting was even legal here, let alone that you could face penalties like this. It makes you wonder about the logic behind these laws and the people tasked with enforcing them in the first place.
