Grace Morales74 said:I’ve read on this forum and seen on Dr. G.'s website that it’s possible for that to show up. It’s basically like scar tissue; everyone's bone heals differently. He usually recommends lymphatic drainage for that—not sure if he mentioned it to you specifically. Either way, go talk to him about it.

I don't really see how lymphatic drainage helps here. Like the name implies, it's meant to reduce swelling and bruising so the skin settles back into place. If we're talking about these little bumps, we're likely looking at unavoidable bone growth, which happens to some people and can only be fixed with surgery. If you can actually see it, you should probably head in for a procedure. If you can't see it, just ignore it.
And could you actually breathe through your nose after they pulled the tampon out? Mine felt totally blocked. Also, how on earth did you manage those three days with them in? My biggest worry is definitely going to be trying to sleep.

Is that the day of the surgery? If they come out the next morning, does that count as part of the three days, or...?
darkgardener9 said:Hey... I'm six months out from my surgery now. The nipple area is still really firm, and I’m just hoping it softens up soon. Also, there's still a little bump on the left side from the beginning, but lately, it feels more noticeable/bothersome. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced things getting worse after the six-month mark? I'd really appreciate any insight. 🙂

Who was your surgeon?

Looking for recommendations for a solid ENT specialist who performs septorhinoplasty.

Like Glumicic, Zambelli, Bastaic, Dr. Glusac, Kincl, or Žgaljardić?
Who would you recommend for narrowing the nasal width and reducing the nasal pyramid? I don't have a hump.

Out of that list, I’d say Kincl is probably the worst choice. He’s actually a plastic surgeon, just like Zambelli. And there’s been plenty of negative feedback regarding Žgaljardić, even if he has handled quite a few local celebrities.
For example, look at Miss USA:
boldnomad45 said:I’d suggest seeing Ivica Klapan. For sinus issues, he definitely helps—speaking from experience, and I know plenty of people he’s helped.

Don't go to Ivica Klapan, even by accident. More people have told me after sitting through his expensive consultations that the guy honestly doesn't have a clue; he just knows some theory. It makes sense, though, since he's just a regular professor at a medical school. He has basically zero clinical experience.

Now, you or someone else will probably jump in to say that isn't true. Honestly, I can't tell if you're using a fake profile, which is why this forum is sketchy—anyone can make an account, even private individuals. But I'm telling you based on conversations with people I've spoken to in person. Search his name in the threads, but most of what you find will align with my opinion. The guy hasn't solved anything for anyone with serious problems, whether it's sinuses or a deviated septum.

Mark Garcia82,
If you're actually interested in functional surgery, you're better off going to a major hospital like Mayo Clinic or Johns Hopkins. They have people there with massive amounts of experience and top-tier ENT specialists. Trust me, that is your best and most cost-effective move. Private practitioners who focus on looks are more about aesthetics, but for actual function, stick to a general hospital. With places like Mayo or Hopkins, you won't go wrong.
Mark Young10 said:I’m just seeing Tony for a consultation... I sent him photos and we talked on the phone and everything... 🙂

Did you actually tell him your age? If he's operating on a 14-year-old, that's pretty unprofessional and frankly a bit ridiculous.

analogbison15 said:Hey everyone, just lying in bed resting. Heading back to the hotel at 3:30.
Everything went perfectly. Tony and the whole staff were great (especially that blue-clad receptionist/nurse who was an absolute queen). 🙂

I feel amazing. No nausea at all... just some pressure in my nose from the mold.
When the surgery wrapped up, the anesthesiologist said, "Wow, what a beautiful nose," and the doctor agreed it looks great!! 😁
Can't wait until next Monday so I can finally see the results myself.

Does this look like a paid advertisement to anyone else? I'm not saying it won't turn out well, but this is suspicious. You come to the forum asking for recommendations, go to Tony because he has the lowest price, and then two weeks later you're posting here acting like everything is perfect. All you need is a selfie with a thumbs up and it'll be complete.
Mark Young10, which doctor are you seeing for the surgery...
Where can I go in Washington, D.C. to get an analysis for DHT? Its concentration is a thousand times lower than T, Est, and the other primary hormones, so I'm going to need a highly precise technique.
Anyone still running Windows 7? in Software ·
So, here’s the deal: I’m running into an issue where my screen just freezes during login after the PC wakes up from Sleep. Sometimes you can actually hear the Windows login chime, but the screen stays pitch black. It forces a hard restart every time. Usually, once I reboot, everything works fine on the next attempt, but it's annoying.

I'm trying to pin down why this freeze happens right at the login stage. I did some digging online and saw some mentions of using System Repair,

Has anyone actually tried that, or does anyone have a better suggestion?
Best medical-grade adhesives? in Health ·
I'm looking for recommendations on skin-safe adhesives—specifically for body use. The main requirement is that it can't be harsh or trigger an allergic reaction, since I need to secure a hearing aid in place.

What is this type of skin-applicable adhesive actually called? Is there a specific term like "cosmetic adhesive" or something else?
