Hey everyone, hope you're all doing well
I'm looking into shipping a pretty beefy package—it's some kind of exercise equipment weighing about 90 pounds—from one side of the US to the other. I'm feeling a bit stuck on which carrier to go with, especially since I'm going to need a heavy-duty, oversized cardboard box to keep the whole thing from falling apart mid-transit. What would you guys recommend for something this bulky? Thanks in advance 🙂

Man, thanks a ton for that
best,
🙂
Walter Jackson48 said:Just head over to the Layout tab, then hit Bullets and Numbering, and from there you can just pick out one of those dash styles, easy peasy. That’s basically all there is to it. (Keep in mind I'm looking at an old-school 2003 version here)

Oh boy...
any chance you know where that setting lives in the English version? Mine is set to English, so I'm a bit lost with the different labels
🙄
Hey everyone, quick question here.
Look, I’m definitely no wizard when it comes to Microsoft Office, so forgive me if this sounds a bit silly, but I've hit a weird wall. I’m currently working on laying out a book in InDesign, and for some reason, the em dashes—you know, those little dialogue dashes used for speech—just won't import properly. So, I went back to the original Word document to see what the deal was, but even there, I can't actually select that specific dash when I hit "select all." It’s like it’s invisible to the cursor. For instance:
- "You're absolutely right," said John.
It’s just that first little dash at the start of the sentence that refuses to be highlighted; everything else in the paragraph selects perfectly fine.
What am I looking at here? Is this some weird glitch with styles, or maybe something to do with margins or formatting settings? Any idea how I can fix this headache?
Thanks!
