I really don't think we've met 🙂. I've never been much of a McLaren fan—honestly, I'm a huge Ferrari fan through and through—even if I do find myself driving a Mercedes-Benz quite often 🙂

P. S. I'm still holding onto the dream of driving a Ferrari one day. Right now, I'm nowhere near that level 😢

Okay, look, it’s not like Lewis Hamilton is driving some total junker right now. Honestly? My gut feeling is that Ferrari is actually just a tiny bit better than Aston Martin—but I mean, we're talking a literal hair's breadth here! The cars are basically identical this season; there isn't some massive performance gap, just a minor tweak that a legendary driver—someone like Michael Schumacher, for instance—might actually be able to exploit.

The difference this time around really comes down to the driver. Or, if I'm being blunt, Vettel just threw away way too many points during qualifying and other silly mistakes.

Seriously, FL being a whole second faster than Kimi? I mean, come on—even if a reincarnated Ayrton Senna was walking on water, there is absolutely no way he could pull off an FL that's a full second faster than what you're claiming is a "faster" car...
And we’re talking about the exact same weight, the exact same tires, and Kimi is the one in the seat! If anyone is a specialist at extracting pace, it’s him—he'll nail an FL if the car has any life in it at all...
Sure, Kimi might totally mess up qualifying or the race like 50% of the time, but he'll find that FL every single time if the car isn't complete garbage...

That Ferrari definitely wasn't it back at Indianapolis—not even close—and somehow, miraculously, the Bear was exactly one second faster than it ☕

But hey, don't forget to mention that Mercedes is drastically slower than Ferrari and that Valtteri Bottas is basically an alien who somehow swiped a mysterious 0.6 seconds from Alonso on the fly 🙂

1. Kimi was the fastest in practice; his car wasn't slower than anyone else's.
2. Kimi absolutely trashed his tires by constantly cutting the corners and picking up gravel, I think it was turn 3—I'm not 100% sure off the top of my head—but I saw the replay a few times where he spins out on the rear left into the gravel...
3. Vettel was putting in times that actually compare to Mercedes; he was even catching up to Bottas and Max Verstappen—it just took him a few more laps to get there.

I don't remember him all that clearly—I definitely caught his last season when he passed away, though! And maybe the one before that too.

I've been pulling for Ferrari since 1996—back when Schumacher joined the team. I actually first started following him during his Benetton days, and his move over was really what triggered my whole Ferrari obsession. I was barely ten years old at the time!

I always try to stay objective, really. Honestly, there isn't even much left to debate after these last couple of seasons—Lewis Hamilton is just in a league of his own.

Try logging into your router at 192.168.1.1 and manually add your PC's address to the DHCP table. You might also want to try switching between the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands to see if that helps.

If none of that works—especially since you already tried the hotspot trick—then the issue is likely sitting right there on the PC itself. Your best bet would be to flush your DNS and reset all your network settings.

Here’s how I see it—when Vettel was out front with the strongest car at Red Bull, he dominated. Put Vettel in first place and you know he’s going to drop fastest laps one after another.

But, once Vettel isn't leading the whole race, all kinds of stuff starts happening. He makes mistakes—way more often than Hamilton does—and he just doesn't have that raw aggression that Hamilton has. I don't think he ever will; you either have it or you don't, right?

Over the last two or three seasons, I’ve watched Vettel in the rain a few times. At least three times, he spun out or made a massive mistake. Compared to Lewis Hamilton, he’s just a much worse driver when the track is wet.

I'm right there with you! I'll be honest, I didn't want to admit it for a while because I really believed Vettel was the top dog. But man, looking at these last two seasons, it's crystal clear—Lewis Hamilton is operating on a completely different level than Sebastian Vettel.

This track is an absolute Formula 1 icon—easily the greatest of all time! I mean, when you look at legends like the Circuit of the Americas or Silverstone, they just don't hold a candle to this place. All these newer tracks being built lately? They’re honestly twice as bad.
