What am I gonna do, open the window and hang a towel over it once we're airborne? 🤣

The only time you actually feel anything is during takeoff and landing—your ears pop, you feel the pressure change... but that’s it, lasts maybe a few minutes tops. If you're terrified of heights, just don't look out the window while they're taking off or landing. Once you're at 6.2 miles altitude, you can't even tell how high up you are anyway. All you see is a bunch of clouds underneath you.
I won't be able to stop myself from peeking out the window, though... but hey, sounds pretty promising. 🙂

Look, if you can, I’m volunteering. I promise I won't bore you to death with non-stop lectures about altitude and flight mechanics just so I can tag along. 😍
There's gonna be about twenty of us, so don't sweat it😉 but hey, you're more than welcome to join the crew 😁
Alright, so here’s the deal... I’m 15, and I just got tapped by the US National Sports Federation for a two-week training trip over in China. 😍 But now I’ve hit a massive roadblock 🙂 We have to fly there, and honestly? I am terrified of heights. Like, seriously. 🙂 So, I wanted to ask—have any of you guys flown much? Can anyone give me some actual advice on how to deal with this fear? Maybe there’s a pill or something I can take to stop the panic? Also, if you could share your own travel stories, it would really help me get my head straight. 😉
