First off, your post isn't "analytical," it's just incredibly stupid.

You claim you don't gamble, yet here you are discussing what is and isn't possible within the betting world.

The answer is YES, IT IS POSSIBLE (I know you weren't looking for an answer, but whatever) and people who make a living from sports betting aren't scraping by on $200 a month like you suggested; if that were the case, they wouldn't be able to survive, let alone earn much more than that.

I personally know these people, so I know exactly how hard they work and how much they actually make.
Do you want me to send you a photo of a Porsche someone bought from betting? Or a villa where a professional bettor lives? Or maybe a sports complex someone bought to pivot their capital into a different business? Or even a cafe someone owned before closing it down because it took too much focus away from more important ventures?

Secondly, you labeled the company where the moderator works as a group of "scammers selling smoke to idiots"—which effectively calls the moderator a scammer as well.

While he might have overstepped slightly, you are nowhere near being correct in this situation.

There are plenty of professionals working at Dvoznak who have maintained steady subscribers for years. If you honestly believe all those people are fools for paying $1,000 a year for their insights, then good for you.
You could have just reached out to me and had them send that $1,000 to you instead... you probably would have seen better returns investing it elsewhere than through Dvoznak.

Furthermore, Bet365—the largest sportsbook in the world—introduced sick player limitations and account bans for anyone playing Dvoznak parlays because of the losses they incurred due to them.

After that, Dvoznak stopped posting predictions because they no longer have places to place the bets, and they’ve moved on to other things.
Things that you would likely also label as "selling smoke," but since you clearly have no idea what they are, I won't bother explaining.

You kicked the moderator out of sync, sure, but his warning that he'll ban you if you don't stop calling his company scammers isn't "disgusting and beneath contempt."

I was originally leaning toward the 27-inch model, but since the 32-inch version is only about $200-$300 more, I'm seriously considering making the jump instead.

There is absolutely no reason to be out there hand-cutting a raised garden bed. You simply purchase the exact dimensions you require; they come in every possible size imaginable, so you just pick the one that fits your space.
The footprint for a raised bed is also minimal, making it an incomparable advantage.
Additionally, you’ll deal with significantly less concrete mixing—which is a massive relief if you don't own a mixer, a situation I personally find myself in quite often.

Beyond that, everything else remains the same, obviously.
And let's please refrain from turning this thread into a "DIY enthusiast" debate; we all know how many people here would lose their minds over such topics. 😁

There is also this one rule that I find completely absurd and totally unhelpful for the users (and I wasn't even aware of it), so I end up breaking it, she hands me a yellow card... I reply, she replies back, drops a red card on me, and that's the end of the conversation

Why did it end? Because even though I thought the rule was stupid, well, that's the rule governing that subforum, and it applies to everyone

That was my one and only conflict with a moderator in fifteen years

The issue here is the hypocrisy regarding how Emily Myers8 is treating me (or anyone else); she punishes a perfectly normal post—even locking the thread so you can't ask again, and if you try asking in the chat, she wipes that too and locks the chat—while on the other hand, she lets her friends slide on everything, even when they openly insult and belittle regular users without receiving a single penalty🙏

The legend even leaves up a post where Mr. Ivek insults me (it's still sitting there!), yet my response to him gets deleted and I get hit with infractions just for replying🤣
And in my reply, I didn't insult him or anything of the sort; in fact, I wrote with the utmost politeness because I sensed more cards might be flying, and I wanted to see just how far she would go and if she was truly bold enough to punish that too

I finally realized what happened... this was actually my first time ever looking at my infractions... and as you can see, those other four pages really don't exist... which is why I thought that was everything.



I just noticed a moment ago that there's an infractions tab where you can view them all... honestly, if it weren't for the moderator Robert Martin23, I wouldn't have known it existed, nor would I have ever bothered to check.

But does that even matter for this thread?
I feel like the point remains just as valid whether I said I had 12 red cards over 15 years or 4 in 2 weeks on the "SSM" subforum.
The disproportion is pretty obvious.

I went ahead and read the reasons too... mostly nonsense that seems pretty hilarious from my perspective.🙂

(though, I suppose things like improper quoting or oversized images are silly enough to mention, even if they are counted and recorded.)

To be honest, I was incredibly pissed off when he deleted my post AGAIN two days ago and gave me a card... I totally snapped.

So, I backed down and wrote all this here.

And now I'm glad I did, because I see I'm far from the only one dealing with this.
Basically, we're all idiots who don't follow the rules, and he's right.

I just wish someone had spoken up sooner, but better late than never.

Now I see that my modus operandi was exactly the same as theirs... a little deleting, a few cards, and then you're fed up.
There's that saying that you shouldn't deal with fools.
And that's how people leave the forum. It's the easiest thing to do today.
Two clicks and you're somewhere else where nobody is getting on your nerves.
That was the easiest path for me too, and I almost took it.

It was clearly the goal with me as well, and I'd be lying if I said I didn't nearly fall for it.

That's why, reading through all these experiences, I'm actually glad I decided to see what the hell was going on instead of just walking away the way I came.

I agree, you don't need to explain anything to me.

It would be decent, polite, and standard practice if you did, but that's something only someone who actually gives a damn about this community and its members would do, rather than just feeding an ego through sheer tyranny.
But, by all means, you don't have to.

To be honest, I’d completely forgotten about them; there isn't much reason to hold onto them, and they aren't even showing up in my menu.
And it's not like they happened yesterday... some of them date back over ten years.

As you can see, most moderators only gave me one, and I've never had any issues with the guy who gave me the most—in fact, I have zero problems with him today.
I could even use this opportunity to praise his moderation style.
He's actually someone worth learning from.

Those are mostly just football discussions that occasionally pull me in, I'll admit.
That's probably why I end up getting a card.

You should ask yourself why this is the first time in my life I've ever posted in this subforum, and why I've never once complained about a moderator until now.

And ask yourself why everyone else on this forum is complaining about you (and it's not just a few people; I'm seeing new faces complaining too).
Though, I doubt you'll bother asking, since you clearly don't care what your posts here reflect about you.

In short, I've racked up 12 infractions over 7,500 posts throughout nearly 15 years.
Yet, in just about 20 posts over the last two weeks, I've received 4 infractions from you alone.
And then you try to frame that as "something about me"... that says a hell of a lot more about you. 🙂
