Lip biting help?

Hello. I’ve become completely obsessed with biting my lip... I have tried every trick in the book, but nothing seems to work. 😢 To make matters worse, a white patch has developed on my lip, and it’s been there for several months now. I have no idea how to get rid of it. 😢 What should my next move be? Any advice?
