How did you finally kick that craving? I’m struggling so hard—nothing seems to work, seriously nothing. Oh, and I actually went to the doctor for some testing on the Candida levels, and it came back totally clear. Hmm, I'm stumped. Is it even possible for it to be messing with me if it didn't show up in the tests? I was so sure it was there. Linda Johnson15, how’s the therapy going? Any progress at all?

What’s this 30-day program? I haven't heard of it. Could you explain it a bit more? Might actually be useful.

I'm so sorry you're dealing with all of this. I'm honestly at my wit's end too. The worst part is that my doctors here can't even figure out what's causing my symptoms. My OBGYN isn't even in until Wednesday, so I have to go back then to run more tests. How long have you been fighting this? Does using vaginal suppositories help? It doesn't work for me—it just makes everything sting and itch. Lately, it’s even been waking me up at night. It's just awful. I really hope you feel better soon... and yeah, that pulsing sensation, it's like a heartbeat sometimes...

I haven't really been doing those exercises, so I doubt they're the cause for me. Honestly, I think it’s more likely tied to these constant infections I've been dealing with. If I caught what you said right, are you dealing with Candida too?🤷
