Okay, I know half of you are probably going to laugh at me, but I really hope I'm not the only one experiencing this 🀣 πŸ™‚

So, for about two weeks now, I've been feeling these weird vibrations in my pelvic area (specifically in the vaginal muscles and just generally throughout that whole region)... It’s almost exactly like when I'm sitting on my bed and I feel that sensation of a phone vibrating somewhere nearby 🀣 and sometimes it happens even when I'm standing up...

Is anyone else out there feeling these vibrations? 🀷

So, for about two weeks now, I’ve been feeling these bizarre vibrations deep down in my pelvic areaβ€”right in the vaginal muscles and generally throughout that whole region. It’s such a strange sensation; if I had to describe it, it feels almost exactly like when you're sitting on your bed and you feel that phantom buzz from a cell phone vibrating somewhere nearby, even if you can't see it. 🀣 Sometimes it happens while I'm standing up, too...

Is anyone else experiencing this "internal buzzing"? 🀷

Trust me, you aren't losing your mind, and it definitely isn't funny. Honestly, I've been dealing with the exact same thing for a week now, though for me, it feels more concentrated in the lower rectal area. πŸ™‚ I haven't found anything specific on our usual American health forums, but there are plenty of people describing these same weird vibrations online without ever getting a straight answer:

From what I can gather, it seems like it might just be some nerve endings acting up, and apparently, there isn't a quick fix or a pill to stop it; we might just have to get used to living with this little quirk of biology.
Since your post is a bit older, please let me know if those vibrations eventually settled down for you. Best!

Hmm, I’ve actually started noticing that too. Ever since those random bouts of food poisoning and who knows what else...

I dealt with infections too....

And honestly, those vibrations are still happening... could that actually be linked to doing Kegel exercises?? 🀷

I haven't really been doing those exercises, so I doubt they're the cause for me. Honestly, I think it’s more likely tied to these constant infections I've been dealing with. If I caught what you said right, are you dealing with Candida too?🀷

Yeah, 😒 I'm actually mid-treatment right now...

I was just posting on another thread about starting that 30-day Sesilabov course... since I'm not having any sex at the moment, hopefully, this will clear things up much faster.🀷

I'm so sorry you're dealing with all of this. I'm honestly at my wit's end too. The worst part is that my doctors here can't even figure out what's causing my symptoms. My OBGYN isn't even in until Wednesday, so I have to go back then to run more tests. How long have you been fighting this? Does using vaginal suppositories help? It doesn't work for meβ€”it just makes everything sting and itch. Lately, it’s even been waking me up at night. It's just awful. I really hope you feel better soon... and yeah, that pulsing sensation, it's like a heartbeat sometimes...

What’s this 30-day program? I haven't heard of it. Could you explain it a bit more? Might actually be useful.

I’ve been looking into this 30-day Candida protocol lately. It's one of those things you see floating around online that claims to reset your system if you stick to it strictly for a month. The idea is pretty straightforward: you cut out the sugar, ditch the processed carbs, and lean heavily on specific supplements and natural cleanses to get rid of that overgrowth. Honestly, I've tried some version of a "cleanse" beforeβ€”tried to go strictly keto for a bit back when I lived near Chicagoβ€”and let me tell you, the first week is a total grind. You feel sluggish, maybe a little cranky, and you'd kill for a donut. But the logic behind these programs is usually sound. If you stop feeding the bad bacteria, they eventually die off. It's all about discipline. For anyone thinking about jumping into a strict 30-day regimen like this, just be prepared for the mental battle. It's less about what you're eating and more about having the willpower to actually *not* eat the stuff you crave. Has anyone here actually completed a full month of something similar? Did it actually make a difference in how you felt, or was it just a lot of work for nothing?

That’s what I ended up taking... though I've been on Lacto-Fit for a while now too. Honestly, I think my main issue was that I was focusing entirely on treating myself, while the other side of the equation wasn't getting any help at all.

Vaginalets? Forget about them. They actually made things way worse for me.
I haven't felt a single itch. Not one.

I actually tried that one... though I've been taking Lactogin for a while now too. Honestly, looking back, I think my biggest mistake was focusing entirely on treating myself while completely ignoring my partner...

As for those vaginal suppositories, they're a hard pass for me; they always seem to make things feel even worse than before...
I don't really deal with itching or burning...

Wait, so it's just discharge? For me, it usually comes with this really annoying, light itching.
Are you following an anti-candida diet as well?

I can't seem to shake this infection, and it feels like it's constantly wearing down my immune system.

I'm not even on a diet... I just have some discharge and my pH balance is totally messed up. Honestly, I've had to rely on medication just to get my immune system back on track.

Personally, I try to stick to more natural remedies.
Lately, I’ve been incorporating more garlic, yogurt, and fruit shakes with flaxseed into my routine.
I've cut back on sugar, rarely touch sweets, and don't overdo the bread either...
Honestly, I can't quite figure out where things went sideways since I feel like I'm living a pretty healthy lifestyle. 😒

I still have themβ€”those vibrationsβ€”though I finally managed to kick that stubborn Candida once and for all. The symptoms did flare up briefly last winter when I was sick, but they cleared up pretty fast.

Honestly, though, I never once connected those vibrations to Candida, inflammation, or anything else... not even to my Kegel 🀷
exercises!

How did you finally kick that craving? I’m struggling so hardβ€”nothing seems to work, seriously nothing. Oh, and I actually went to the doctor for some testing on the Candida levels, and it came back totally clear. Hmm, I'm stumped. Is it even possible for it to be messing with me if it didn't show up in the tests? I was so sure it was there. Linda Johnson15, how’s the therapy going? Any progress at all?

Is it any less intense for you? How would you even describe the sensation... like an electric current or some kind of muscle twitching?

Honestly, I haven't felt anything for a while now πŸ™‚ so maybe that's actually a good sign, like things are finally starting to look up

I’d say those vibrations are more about your nerves and your lower spine rather than anything gynecological, even if they feel like they're hitting anywhere in the pelvic area, including the vaginal region🀷
