Is there any point in my doctor sending me for allergy testing?

What am I looking at here with these elevated levels?

I have an appointment with an immunologist coming up soon—but I'd rather get a general idea of what this might point toward before then.

Excellent—then I have no reason to worry. Thanks.
Looking for some input here:

My creatine kinase levels are significantly elevated. I’ve read that athletes often see spikes in this marker—and while I wouldn't call myself a pro athlete, I hit the gym regularly. I had bloodwork done Monday at 7 AM, following an intense leg day on Saturday that left me with serious inflammation through Sunday. The soreness didn't finally subside until yesterday evening.
Is it plausible that this is just a result of physical exertion? Or should I be looking into something else?

Fainting spells

I headed to bed early this past Sunday because I had a 5:00 AM start at work on Monday. Around midnight or so, I got up to use the bathroom—standard stuff—but once I finished, everything just went black. I collapsed and lost consciousness for a few seconds. Luckily, I didn't hit my head on anything. For about half an hour afterward, I felt incredibly weak, but then my energy just snapped back to normal as if nothing had happened.
The doctor suggested it was likely micturition syncope, but she's still sending me to see an internist and a neurologist just to be safe.
I’m honestly confused. I’m generally in good health, aside from having Hashimoto, though currently it’s just elevated antibodies with zero symptoms. I'm not even on any medication.

My hands are constantly red/inflamed—any advice?

Here's the deal: if I don't moisturize my hands during the winter, they crack everywhere—sometimes even bleeding, which is pretty much expected given the weather.
But then, if I stick to a routine for maybe two weeks or so, my skin gets smooth and feels totally normal—except they stay bright red for absolutely no reason at all!! -.-
In the summer, everything is fine; no dryness, no redness. Does anyone have any actual advice? I'm honestly getting sick of looking at them, and it’s becoming pretty embarrassing to show my hands.
Thanks! 🙂

In English, it’s called "winged scapula."
My right shoulder blade sticks out. When I'm sitting down for lunch, for instance, I have to sit perfectly upright—otherwise, I get this intense, burning sensation. I managed to deal with it for a long time, but honestly, I've had enough. I also have mild scoliosis, which my doctor says is the result of too much time hunched over a computer screen...
Can anyone recommend some exercises to fix this scapula issue? I'm a teenager—I've got the willpower, and that's really what matters most here.🙂
