Take Conan Barbarin, for instance; the guy spent years turning that mill wheel round and round and ended up ripped. I mean, if you’re sweeping the floor every single day, sure, your biceps are going to grow. If you’re bending over and squatting while washing dishes, you’re basically hitting back muscles—kind of like a deadlift. I guess most people only hit the gym because they sit at a desk all day and don't move enough, so it's their only option for exercise.
Basically, just keep at it. Vacuuming, cleaning, ironing, walking, squatting... if you stick to that and eat right for about eight months, you'll actually start looking pretty fit.
Exactly that... I was saying the same thing above... don't worry. As long as your diet is on point, you'll see those muscles. You'll be jacked, you know?
But you should probably use creatine and whey too. And plenty of protein. I mean, you could always go the steroid route if you really want to bulk up even more.

Like, can you get jacked just by watching what you eat and staying active? By active, I mean things like taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking a couple of blocks to the subway station, or maybe doing some yard work. Something like that.
Someone please ban this troll... these questions are getting a little out there..

Personally, I think I should probably bulk up to at least 175 lbs, but I don't want to get soft. Any advice?
And how exactly are we supposed to help you there? You want us to eat your meals for you? 😁 ..
Well, I guess it all really comes down to what you're eating...
well, just give it a shot 😁 maybe put in some work..train...
Nah. You can't just turn fat into muscle... and I guess you can't be that massive and shredded while staying natural. Just saying. Look at the photos... 5'11"... 220 lbs... they aren't out of shape :P
So, basically, you're just generally overweight. If your body fat percentage is high... I mean, you could weigh 220 pounds, but if it's all muscle and your BF% is actually low, then you aren't really fat. ))
hahaha ................................ look, I’m sitting at about 185 lbs right now and honestly? I want more. I don't look fat or anything like that... plus I'm actually a couple inches taller than you... I mean, you can definitely pull off 220 lbs and still look fit if you aren't carrying it all in your gut
So, okay. It’s kind of something like this... you aren't training, right? If I'm remembering correctly? But honestly, the weight on the scale doesn't mean much. Forget the numbers. What actually matters is how you look and whether you're happy with what you see in the mirror. You know? I guess you should never really be obsessing over hitting some specific number on a scale...
I mean, I get it... you just gotta bulk up. Hit the gym, eat everything in sight, and just keep grinding... eventually, things start looking better. Like, if you're standing at 5'9"... you probably need to hit at least 175 lbs... assuming you don't just pack on too much fat in the process. You'd look pretty solid then, I guess. 🙂
There’s really no such thing as a perfect build... everyone is wired differently, I guess. Even if two guys are both 5'11" and weigh 175 lbs, they aren't going to look even remotely the same. It all just comes down to your own personal preference and what you're aiming for. I suppose the main thing is just trying to keep that body fat percentage as low as you can manage.
