I have an HP7360 that was working fine, but after sitting idle for about a month, I turned it on and all it does is make a buzzing sound before stalling out. Has anyone dealt with this, and is it actually worth taking it to a repair shop?

My HP LaserJet is dead. I turn it on, hear a weird noise, and that's it. Is it worth taking to a repair shop, and if so, who should I go to in Chicago?
