It’s gonna be ugly... 😠
The Americans again. Really hoping we get to
this time, actually celebrating 😉
...
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
😲😲😲
hey
Look, honestly, just scraping a draw against Norway would be enough for us.
But we can't just bank on that. We need to go out there
hunting for the win from the jump. The bottom line is our defense needs to be aggressive and rock solid...
We need Alilović in goal from the whistle, some other guy holding down the middle,
and Alilović back in the net when it counts. But again, it all comes down to the defense.
It's gotta be tough. Period.
If we play like that, we can actually take down Norway.
Look, we've gotta take down Denmark. No matter what it takes... 😉

Most likely, the Czech Republic is going out, so nobody's carrying over points earned against them. Right now we’ve got 2 points from the Poles, and we could grab another 2 today if we beat the Canadians...
so we basically have to take down the Canadians...

Not sure about the points, but we're in Group A playing against Group B😉
How does the second stage of the tournament work?
Like, if we end up topping our group,
when do we actually carry those points forward?

They’re unpredictable—sometimes they linger for a few days, then vanish for a bit, only to come back as this nagging pressure on the back right side of my head. Back in the summer, I took a hit to the head that wasn't even that hard, but it messed up my cervical spine, and my carotid Doppler results came back looking pretty bad too. My field of vision took a hit as well, so I had to get glasses, but the headaches still pop up at least twice a week. Lately, though, things have taken a weird turn. Over the last month and a half, I’ve been constantly smelling blood in my nasal passages, and for the past couple of weeks, I’ve actually started tasting blood in the back of my throat. My doctor ordered an MRI, which honestly terrifies me because my claustrophobia is no joke, but this smell and taste have me genuinely worried. To be clear, I’ve never had a nosebleed in my life, though I have dealt with frequent bouts of strep and throat infections over the last three years. Is there any actual connection between all these symptoms? What could this smell and taste even signify? If anyone has any insight, I’d really appreciate it.
don't sweat it... the scan doesn't hurt... you just gotta stay chill
but if you panic, it's gonna be rough because those machines feel tiny once you're inside... and how long it takes depends on the machine... I did mine over the summer when it was sweltering... so they had to keep the AC cranking...
ended up being stuck in there for an hour... as soon as I got out... I bolted from the hospital... 🙂
Hey,
need some help here...
here’s the deal:
my upper body—chest, arms, whatever—is pretty weak. lacking mass, if you know what I mean😬 while
my lower body is actually jacked. legs and core are solid, probably just from riding my mountain bike all the time.
I'm trying to balance things out...
want to beef up the chest and arms, get some actual size there.
if you catch my drift.
don't want my chest looking sunken compared to my stomach; I want them at least level,
maybe even more prominent. shoulders are fine, though. they're pretty wide. I'm about 5'11" and 172 lbs... looking to pack on maybe another 10-12 lbs, but I'm not looking to be pure shredded muscle. thinking more like a 50/50 split of fat and muscle.
so, what exercises do you recommend? links would be great, and any supplement advice too...
that would really help.
thanks a lot.🙏 🙏
later.
