But man, how do you actually find that perfect ratio? I usually just end up mixing about 100 grams with roughly half a cup—maybe a little more, like 0.6—of water.
Hey everyone, so I actually started hitting the gym about four months ago. My main goal was just to finally put on some serious weight. At the time, I was standing 6'2" and weighing a measly 132 lbs, which is pretty thin if you ask me. Fast forward to now, and I've managed to bump that up to about 145 lbs. A couple of months back, I picked up some since I found it at a really great price. I guess I’m wondering if I'm on the right track here? Should I be looking for something "better" or higher quality? Honestly, I don't know much about this stuff, but a buddy of mine suggested this specific one. Right now, I'm heading into the gym two or three times a week, and on my off days, I've been trying to get some solo workouts in at home too.

and I'll get started on putting mine together 👍
Man, I've already got mine all mapped out and you haven't even opened a topic yet 🤷

Whoa, you're moving fast there... anyway, I guess you should probably move all your stuff over to a new thread too, though I'm not entirely sure how that works... just one last question before I let you go, what's the total damage looking like for everything?
So, speaking of gaming, can someone help me put together a solid PC build? I spend most of my time playing BC2 multiplayer, and now I’m getting ready to dive into Black Ops... I’m not looking for some absolute beast of a rig that lets me crank every single setting to Ultra right out of the gate, you know? Just something decent—nothing subpar, but nothing so high-end that it becomes $3333. If we’re looking at the total cost for the whole setup, let's say it lands somewhere around $1667... and honestly, I don't need any fancy peripherals either, like a mouse from $167 or some $200 keyboard, I really couldn't care less about that stuff
