Jane, it won't hurt you, but I highly doubt it will actually help. If you can afford it, why not? I've tried a few different things myself, including taking serrapeptase, which gets a lot of praise for these issues, but it didn't do much for me. A lot of women swear by vaginal steaming; I'm curious about that, so I might give it a shot too. I'll check out the link. Thanks for sharing!
