I know you can't possibly know what I'm dealing with—it’s impossible—but I figured maybe someone here had been through something similar and could offer some perspective. Though, I guess I'll probably just have to go see my OB-GYN after all.

Hey everyone.
I'm 18 and have been with my boyfriend for about a year. We had sex for the first time two months ago—though we'd done digital stuff before that. Ever since that first time, I've been dealing with this awful burning sensation—it’s been going on for two and a half months now, if you can believe it. I'm not sure if it's related to my bladder, because the feeling is honestly pretty similar to when I get a UTI. It isn't constant, though; it mostly happens when I go to the bathroom, and occasionally—though less often—even when I don't have to. My period is regular, at least. But today, I noticed some brownish discharge on my underwear—nothing major, just a little bit. I have no idea if that's connected to the burning or what... any advice on what I should do? I haven't seen a gynecologist yet, so does anyone have a guess as to what this burning might be?

You're Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty! I suppose you're a bit on the lonely side—and maybe a touch arrogant, too. It really bothers you when you aren't part of the group, doesn't it? And let's face it, it takes you forever to move past things—Heck, it might take me sixteen years just to get over missing a single party!
