A buddy of mine was asked during his septoplasty if he wanted any cosmetic tweaks done to his nose at the same time, but he turned them down; I suppose that means nothing extra happens even if they do offer it 🤷

Additionally, I’m curious if standard health insurance or any supplemental coverage plans tend to pick up even a small portion of those costs.
