Hey, Richard Reyes38, I’m dealing with that exact same issue. Javier is going to shoot you a DM. Just so we don't go off-topic here—I've been obsessed since I was a kid. I remember back when I was little, I got my first real MTB as a gift for my First Communion (that was ages ago!), and I've been a total cycling enthusiast ever since. Nowadays, there's hardly a day that goes by where I don't put in at least 12 miles. Once I'm old enough to travel more freely, 😉, I'm planning on heading out to ride through other states too.
I know there’s definitely an element of luck involved when it comes to getting a flat, but in my 1.2 miles case, I haven't had a single puncture, whereas he's dealt with seven or eight. Honestly, I’m convinced that using that sealant made all the difference 😉. I still vividly remember the last time I actually had to deal with a flat tire myself.
Honestly, I’ve had nothing but great experiences using sealant. A buddy of mine ended up with seven or eight flats while we were out, yet I didn't get hit with a single one—and mind you, we were riding the exact same route together. It just goes to show there's definitely some real value there! Plus, I don't feel any of that annoying bouncing or harshness on the ride, especially running a 1.95 tire.
