Best protein powders for muscle gain? in Hobbies & Leisure ·

these absolute certainties from—do you actually have proof or what?😍
Just asking...🤷

Very, very sure.
It's kind of like those "weight loss sneakers"—you aren't actually losing fat because of the shoes, you're just running in them.

Honestly, they're mostly just expensive placebos. Your best bet is to just stick to your workouts and watch what you eat.

Where are you getting that from?
I've tried plenty of different brands over the years, and honestly, a lot of them have slightly different serving sizes for the exact same weight. It’s a small difference, but it happens.
Usually, one standard tablespoon would be closer to 20g.👍

besides Protein, what else would you recommend for someone looking to pack on some muscle who hits the gym for weight training 4-5 times a day?

First piece of advice: don't go to the gym 4-5 times a day (unless you're just going there to watch others train).

enough for a diet? It recommends taking...

* eating more frequent, small, freshly
made portions
* light herbal teas and skim milk
* skim milk or yogurt, fresh cow's cheese
* vegetable soups and light grain porridges
* lean beef, lamb, veal, or fish
* boiled potatoes, rice, or pasta
* olive oil
* non-bloating veggies (spinach, carrots, beets, zucchini, kohlrabi)
* peeled fruit or fruit compote
* fresh fruit or veggie juices and purees

I'd swap out the lamb and veal for chicken or turkey breast.
Forget about the fruit compotes; you can have juices or purees only if you make them yourself without any added sugar, and definitely not late at night. Stick to meat and veggies—ideally a fresh salad—paired with some potatoes, rice, or pasta and a light sauce. Again, don't eat that heavy stuff in the evening.
Try splitting everything into six smaller meals and let us know how it works out after a month!

Could you please share a bit more about what you eat and how you manage your meals?
In your situation, it might be smartest to start right there.🙂
