Can someone help me make sense of these results? My pulmonologist ordered this because of chronic asthma and a cough that just won't quit.
Thanks!
Low-dose chest CT scan
Minor streaky, confluent scarring in the pleuropulmonary zones at both apices; a 2 mm subpleural nodule in the right lung parenchyma. In the lower right lobe, there's a soft interstitial nodule measuring 2.2 mm. There's also some slight lamellar subpleural consolidation in the middle right lobe—about 1 cm thick, 2.3 mm wide, and 3.2 cm long—which looks like old scarring or leftover inflammation.
Some minor streaky scarring is visible near the heart in the lower left lobe, above the diaphragm. No fluid buildup in the pleural space. As far as anyone can tell, there's no significant swelling in the lymph nodes within the hilum or mediastinum. No bone lesions seen in the skeletal structures. Adrenal glands look normal based on what's visible.
An expansive skin lesion is noted on the back, right of the spine, level with the lung apices.
Hey there.
What would you point to regarding low ACTH levels? These were pulled at 8 AM and 4 PM.
0.7 ref (1.6-13.9)
0.8 ref (1.6-13.9)
Cortisol is sitting right within the normal range.
I don't know, honestly. I thought everyone was looking for one. This is unfortunately my second loan, and if things go right, it'll be my last 😁, so I’m not exactly an expert here. For the first one, they didn't even ask for my blood
Jonathan Edwards9 said:Alright, looking through the recent posts here, I don't really get the vibe that they're actually asking for it... someone even mentioned they aren't looking for anything special compared to what other banks are offering.
I've already stopped by a few different places, and honestly, nobody even brought it up. We weren't even trying to pull any stunts—we were just checking in on interest rates and general info.
Bank of America is my main account, but their rates are pretty steep.
It seems like everything just depends on which branch you walk into and what kind of banker you happen to deal with that day.
And I bet every single bank asks for it. When we took out our last loan back in 2008, they required the exact same thing.

Nancy Hughes7, let me know how it went if you don't mind.
So, my husband turned in his employment verification today. They told us on Wednesday that we'd hear back soon—that the loan would be finalized. Basically, the cash lands in our account at Chase, then we just use their online banking to pay the monthly installments to the other bank, and that’s the whole game.
Great, thanks to everyone for sharing their stories. We’re finally getting some clarity today. Since we aren't just looking at a single bank account anymore, the mobile app is basically irrelevant now.
So, are they actually any good? We're looking at a small personal loan, but we aren't planning on moving our whole paycheck over there—our employer basically expects us to use a different bank anyway.
Hey there.
Can someone make sense of these labs? I'm 37, dealing with hypothyroidism, Hashimoto, and a goiter, currently on Synthroid at 75/100. My endocrinologist sent me for iron and ferritin checks because my hair is thinning out like crazy.
Ferritin: 94.9
I'm guessing these are the standard ranges:
pre-menopause 6-81 ng/ml
post-menopause 14-186 ng/ml
Serum Iron: 16.4 (8.0-30.0)
UIBC: 33.2 (26-59)
TIBC: 49.6 (49-75)
Gave birth about 7 months ago. During pregnancy, I dealt with gestational diabetes along with the conditions mentioned above. I was taking Feosol once a day back then because my iron levels were tanking.
Thanks.🙂

Thanks!! My next checkup isn't for another two weeks, so I was just wondering if I should hit the gym or stay on the couch.
Hey there 🙂
Can someone take a look at this and tell me if I'm in the clear:
CBC
WBC: 9.9 (3.4-9.7)
neut.: 6.70 (2.06-6.49)
Platelets
non-segment.: 8 (0-2)
Everything else seems to be within the normal range.
I'm five months pregnant.
It’s always the same routine. You either get kicked out or just ignored into silence. It wasn't even about her using bad language in general; it was specifically about how she was insulting moms who choose not to breastfeed. Since the mods scrubbed the posts, I can't point to the exact words, but I was only there looking for actual info. Instead, I just watched a bunch of breastfeeding advocates tear apart anyone trying to discuss the broader relationship with non-nursing mothers—which is exactly what the thread title promised. They basically chase everyone else away.
Tolerated, absolutely!!!
I’m feeling the exact same way. I’m pretty new to this pregnancy forum, and honestly, it feels like this kind of toxic behavior just gets a free pass. I reported an unpleasant post once, but nothing happened—the person is still acting just as rude and insulting across every single thread. It’s giving me the vibe that if you don’t jump on the bandwagon with everyone else, you aren't welcome; you just end up getting attacked in support threads. I really don't need that kind of stress while I'm pregnant. It’s like they crack down on anyone who goes slightly off-topic, yet this person has been running wild for months without a single reprimand.
