Nicole Ruiz96 said:Help, please. Starting a new thread because I’m honestly lost on where to ask this. For the last three months, I've been dealing with intense, intermittent itching in my genital and anal areas—basically around the vulva and anus. I went to my OB-GYN, but my Pap smear came back totally clear, and she says she doesn't see any signs of a yeast infection. The thing is, it just won't stop.

The itching and burning flare up every single time I wear tight clothes. Even if they're 100% cotton underwear, it happens. Walking makes it worse from the friction, to the point where it's almost unbearable. My labia get red too. Also, the area around my anus gets red, and even the internal rectal part looks inflamed. I've gone through two boxes of vaginal suppositories on a whim and tried creams like Nystatin, Lotrimin, and Lotriderm—nothing works! Interestingly, if I wear a pad (like during my period) or really loose undies, it doesn't happen. I've also noticed these tiny red "threads," maybe a millimeter long, on my underwear here and there. If I wasn't looking closely, I wouldn't even notice them since it's usually just one or two at most. Not sure if that matters, but whatever.

I can't deal with this every day, and I can't spend the rest of my life avoiding pants or tights! Please help! 🙏

Hey, I was wondering how you ended up fixing this? I'm going through similar symptoms and can't find anything helpful online either. :-(
