After waiting two days, they finally got back to me suggesting I just upload a copy of my driver's license or passport. I guess you have to wonder—is that actually a smart move?

Is that just the standard card Skrill issues once you hit a $10 balance, or is it some kind of special, separate thing?

As for the PayPal card—I usually just use it at gas stations, and it goes through without any issues. I don't really bother using it for depositing at sportsbooks, since those sites typically just need my PayPal account details—you know, my email address—rather than the actual card info.

So, if I'm getting this right—you use an email to deposit funds into Pinnacle, but then you just use your card to withdraw money? Basically, the card works for taking cash out, but isn't actually used for making deposits into the sportsbook?
