I'm 6'5", 198 lbs, non-smoker. My levels have been high for two years now (ever since I started getting my blood checked regularly), but they've never hit this high before. Honestly, it caught me totally off guard... Guess I'll start paying closer attention to what I eat and cut back on the drinks. I'll see where things stand at my next checkup in six months...

I didn't eat anything for 12 hours before the draw, so the numbers aren't high because of food. What I'm really wondering is... besides changing my lifestyle, should I go get a carotid Doppler ultrasound? I'm honestly a little worried that all this junk might have already started building up in my arteries... 🤷
