Exactly. You're spot on. Thanks 😁
Greetings, everyone..
I have a question for the group. I'm not sure if this has been covered yet, but I figured I'd ask regardless... I've been betting with DraftKings for quite some time now. However, I haven't withdrawn any winnings to my personal account since the new tax laws went into effect. Here is what I am wondering: if I withdraw a specific amount—let's say anything over $100—directly from the sportsbook to my checking account at JP Morgan Chase, am I legally obligated to pay taxes on those winnings to the government? And if I am, what is the actual process for doing that? It has already been over two weeks since I completed the transfer, so I would appreciate some clarity. Thanks in advance for the help...
Apologies in advance if I’ve wandered into the wrong subforum.
I was hoping to get a quick recommendation: which sportsbook—excluding DraftKings, as I’ve been using them for over two years now—offers the best odds for basketball? I’m looking at the NBA, EuroLeague, and various other leagues, with a particular focus on domestic matchups. Also, which platform has the strongest markets for Player Stats?
Thanks in advance for any insights.
Quick question for the group. Is it possible to open a new account at DraftKings using the exact same name, address, and personal details as my current one? Basically, can I run two accounts with identical information? Thanks.
What’s the point of even suing them? They’ve got a wall of the country's top lawyers protecting them. Besides, you aren't exactly an expert on their legal system—they could just invent a new law on the spot specifically to make sure they get off easy.
There are no bonuses for America just yet, though word on the street is they'll arrive once we officially join the EU...

Alternatively, if such a system actually exists, perhaps you could be so kind as to share it with us mere mortals. :P

What exactly are you basing that on?

Before we even get to the edge of the table, let alone Science Magazine...
So, following the logic of this Gambling Law, does that mean advertising foreign online sportsbooks is also prohibited? For what it's worth, I personally use DraftKings and haven't run into any issues. They actually tend to send over a $5 Loyalty Bonus once or twice a month, which isn't a bad perk. 😁
