Plus, you only pay taxes on winnings over $4,500.
Since the US doesn't even have a dedicated cybercrime division yet—and honestly, I don't see any crime in placing online bets (the only real crime is match-fixing, which we aren't doing)—so please, just stop it.

And why on earth would I pay a penalty?
I prefer betting online because it's just faster. The selection is way better, and if you actually win, the cash is sitting in your account within five minutes of the game ending.

I'm putting together a new PC build, and I've actually never installed Windows Vista before. My old setup was way too weak to even bother, so I just stuck with Windows XP running Service Pack 2...
I'd love to get some advice from the veterans here—should I make the jump to Vista? What are the pros and cons in your experience?
Also, does the installation process require any special steps? Like with XP, where you might need a boot floppy for the DVD-ROM driver, SATA hard drive drivers, and all that other extra stuff...
If there's a specific site that explains this clearly, please let me know...

Lately, my inbox has been getting absolutely hammered with spam, and honestly, it’s driving me crazy!
It's everything from ads for Viagra and knockoff watches to random investment scams... I don't even bother reading them anymore.
I've been using Outlook with its junk mail filter, and I make sure to mark every single one as spam to block them, but the volume just keeps growing. I don't know what I did to deserve this constant barrage.
Does anyone have any advice on how to make this stop!? 😠
