Look, if I’m allowed to have an opinion here—but let's be real, we've heard this a thousand times already—there is no magic pill. You can forget all those gimmicks they try to advertise. I spent about 17 years struggling with being overweight, and I finally lost the weight the only way that actually works, which you all already know 😁. I hit the gym, too. For everything I know about supplements, I only know of two that actually do anything, but even then, they don't mean a thing without physical activity xD. This isn't an ad or anything; my point is just this: diet and exercise are everything. If you have questions, shoot me a DM or just ask here. Just to give you an idea, I dropped from 220 lbs to about 150 lbs without even realizing it was happening. Since I'm young, I didn't end up with excess skin, and my abs are actually showing through now xD. I won't say how long it took because that sounds a bit much 😁
Walter Cooper10 said:So, about a month ago, I was helping my old man split wood when an axe caught me right above the ankle. It hurt like hell at first, but the swelling went down after a few days. Still, there’s this weird little lump where I got hit, and my leg just doesn't feel quite right—like it’s different from my other one. Today, I tried using some ice packs from CVS and then some Deep Relief cream, but now the swelling is actually worse than right after the accident.🤷 Anyone got any actual advice?
Heh, sounds familiar. Like you're reading my mind. I've got the exact same thing going on. Just a little lump, nothing major. I have them on both legs now—one from a motorcycle wreck and the other from an axe. Doesn't really bother me much.

Back then, we didn't have a Dick's Sporting Goods on every corner, so people just figured things out. I only suggested it because I wasn't sure what your budget looks like or if you can even find weights easily enough.
It might sound silly, but don't underestimate it. When someone has the drive but lacks the resources, they find a way. It's about heart, not just raw strength.
I get that. But I've been grinding through pushups for ages. Still, feels like my inner muscle is hitting harder than the outer stuff, so that's why I'm asking.

It’s not exactly ideal, but if you’ve truly run out of options, I guess it’ll do. I know some guys back in the Midwest who set up a makeshift gym just like that and actually managed to pack on some serious muscle. Is there really any other way?
😂Does the car even matter? Just kidding. What’s actually worth my money here?
Like the title says, I'm looking for ways to hit my outer pecs at home. Just a heads-up: I don't have any weights and there isn't a gym anywhere near me. Anyone got some suggestions? Would appreciate it.
