Like the title says, I'm looking for ways to hit my outer pecs at home. Just a heads-up: I don't have any weights and there isn't a gym anywhere near me. Anyone got some suggestions? Would appreciate it.

At that point, you're pretty much left with just push-ups. If those start feeling too easy, just toss some bricks in a backpack, throw it on your back, and get to work. Though, if you’re looking for any serious gains, you’ll eventually have to make the jump to a real gym.

If you’re feeling handy, just DIY some weights using steel rods and whatever random engine parts you can scavenge, like different-sized gears. You might have to tear down a couple of old engines to find the right gear sets.

It’s not exactly high-end equipment, but if you're truly out of options, it gets the job done. I actually have some relatives who built themselves a legit little home gym this way, and they managed to pack on some serious muscle.

It’s not exactly ideal, but if you’ve truly run out of options, I guess it’ll do. I know some guys back in the Midwest who set up a makeshift gym just like that and actually managed to pack on some serious muscle. Is there really any other way?

😂Does the car even matter? Just kidding. What’s actually worth my money here?

Look, driving a Volkswagen is a totally different vibe than hauling a Freightliner.😂

Back in the day, we didn't have a Dick's Sporting Goods on every corner, so people had to get creative and make things work. I only suggested that specific route because I wasn't sure what your budget looks like or if you can even find those weights locally right now.

The idea might sound a little goofy, but don't sleep on it. When someone really wants something but doesn't have the cash, they find a way to make it happen. It’s not about how much muscle you've got; it’s about having the heart to go after it.

It might sound silly, but don't underestimate it. When someone has the drive but lacks the resources, they find a way. It's about heart, not just raw strength.

I get that. But I've been grinding through pushups for ages. Still, feels like my inner muscle is hitting harder than the outer stuff, so that's why I'm asking.
