Blood work timing: before vs. during oral contraceptive use

1. I got a referral for a coagulation profile at the American Red Cross, do I have to pay anything there? (I don't have supplemental insurance, so if I do, does anyone know roughly how much it costs?)
2. I also need to go get blood and urine samples done at a local community health center—I was given an internal referral—do I need to pay for that too?

If I recall correctly from when I used to work there, you do have to pay, though I can't for the life of me remember the exact amount; as for the internal referral, there’s no charge for that!
