Bad Boys - Part IV in Fans ·
Harold Kim5, why do you even care about the Bad Boys? You’re basically just a coastal elitist anyway. All you care about is bashing the Republican Party... btw, do you actually enjoy that trash song that goes "I hate ZG, I hate the Bad Boys, I hate Tuđman..."? Did you come up with that yourself? 😁

So, I'm thinking about ordering some concentrate from Optimum Nutrition...
Does anyone actually know what the price is right now, and do they charge for shipping?

So HIIT is fine after my first meal in the morning... great, problem solved. No more debating it.
thanks

You know your own schedule best.

Definitely keep it away from weight sessions.
Besides, HIIT doesn't take long, and HIIT is an incredibly intense cardio workout.

I know about HIIT, but I'm not sure if doing it in the morning is a good idea. Didn't I read somewhere that you need at least two meals before starting? I can't do it in the afternoon.

Alright, here’s the deal. I’ve got a gym session scheduled for tonight.
Sometimes I do some light cardio on the treadmill in the morning, but since the intensity is pretty low and I actually want to stay in shape, I want to switch things up...
My plan is to knock out ten 50m sprints, followed by about 40-45 minutes of moderate-intensity running...
I used to play basketball, so my conditioning is solid; I know I can handle the load...
So, I need some advice on where to slot this sprint and run combo into my schedule...
I’ve read that hitting high-intensity cardio first thing in the morning isn't the best move, so would it be okay to do it after my evening weight session instead? My afternoons are completely booked...
So it's either morning or night...
Looking for some actual, useful answers here...
