Looking for a specialist... in Health ·

I actually used to go exclusively to the specialist on Heinzlova 39 about two years ago,
and they were quite wonderful,
but I am currently searching for someone new, especially since so many of my friends are offering their own suggestions lately; once I finally make a decision and give someone a try, I will certainly let you know.

Rachel Davis said:Does anyone have a recommendation for a reliable dermatologist in San Diego? I previously visited Dr. Gverica and another woman, I believe her name is Diana, but they didn't quite meet my expectations. I have been dealing with acne issues—actually, things are wonderful right now after struggling for seven years—because I found an amazing dermatologist in Charleston whom I trust implicitly. However, I need monthly facial cleanings, which isn't feasible since I can't make the trip to Charleston that often, so I would prefer to find someone in San Diego. Is there someone trustworthy out there? I truly don't want to jeopardize all the hard work I've put in over these last seven years.

Oh,
my friend went to see someone at the main General Hospital and she had a wonderful experience
I am not sure of the name, but I will ask her; she isn't in the US at the moment, so I will let you know once I find out
👍

If you happen to be looking for someone in NYC, please take a look at my previous post

I used to struggle with acne myself, and while the battle continues, my skin looks a hundred times better now, even if the occasional breakout appears
Why not ask your own dermatologist if they recommend a specific home care routine?
For instance, perhaps exfoliating two or three times a week or using clay masks? (Afrodita makes an excellent one for acne-prone skin that my dermatologist actually uses)

As for my own home care, I currently use the entire acne line from Afrodita and I am absolutely thrilled with it, though it wasn't specifically recommended by my doctor
However, in addition to my home routine, I do go in for professional facial cleanings every month.

Since I am originally from Canada and don't have American insurance coverage, I was wondering if it would be possible to see a dermatologist at the clinic in the neighborhood as a private patient?
Does anyone have a recommendation for a reliable dermatologist in NYC? I've been struggling with a persistent rash on my décolletage, and unfortunately, the specialists here in Canada haven't been able to resolve it for me. Additionally, has anyone here had any firsthand experience with the Phoenix clinic?
Thank you so much!

Is there anything more rewarding than finally finding a private dermatologist who truly understands your needs? I must say, my own specialist is absolutely wonderful!
Is it possible that seeking care through a private practice might be more efficient? I believe the cost for a consultation typically hovers around that mark. $83 I find myself feeling quite uncertain about this decision, primarily because it was thanks to her guidance that I was able to resolve all of my previous concerns.
She truly is wonderful, isn't she?

Aaron Wood7 said:Greetings to everyone,
lately, my mother hasn't been feeling herself at all. She has been retired for some time now, having recently turned 60, and she spends her entire day just staying at home.

Recently, she has become incredibly nervous; she is constantly cleaning or tidying up frantically—though she doesn't actually have any hobbies to occupy her—and whenever possible, she finds something to pick a fight about with the rest of the family.

Things have escalated significantly over the last few days, resulting in high blood pressure (it was diagnosed as stress-induced), bleeding, and an eventual trip to the emergency room.

I would be so grateful if anyone could offer some advice on how to handle this, as she seems completely overwhelmed by it all. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good psychiatrist who might be able to talk with her or perhaps prescribe some therapy? Also, does anyone happen to know what the typical hourly rate is for such consultations?

Has anyone else gone through something similar? Your insights would truly mean the world to me.
Thank you in advance🙂

Unfortunately, I don't know offhand, but I will certainly look into options in NYC for you if I can find someone reliable or get a sense of the pricing.
If I manage to find anything useful, I will post it here.
Best of luck.

If you happen to be in NYC, my dentist is absolutely wonderful!

I highly recommend Dr. Ivan Miletić, a dentist located in the Chicago-Naperville area.
His website can be found at www.dental-miletic.com
I recently had a metal-free crown done there, and I must say, I am truly delighted with the aesthetic results, the quality of service, and the lovely atmosphere of the office.

You really ought to consult with an OB-GYN; they will be able to provide you with the necessary prescriptions, but please make sure to read this first

For cleansing, I would suggest using a gentle wash such as Femigel

If you have a partner, is it not essential that they undergo treatment as well? 😢

One should never trifle with their health, as relying solely on self-treatment can be quite unwise; after all, isn't it possible to deal with both yeast infections and bacterial issues simultaneously?
It is truly vital to see a gynecologist, regardless of how much you might be hesitant to do so
Here is a forum where a doctor could potentially reach out to ask questions if needed

Please reach out to an OB-GYN
It is absolutely mandatory to do that before you even consider any home remedies
