Some people say it could be gallbladder issues? I'm eating normally and don't have any nausea. The Kendural gives me a bit of trouble, but I can handle it.

The only thing this shows is hyperemia. That's increased blood flow to the mucosa (likely from inflammation) about 20 cm from the anus. They took samples. Wait for the results. There's some kind of inflammation, but there's no way to know the cause yet.

So, I just had a colonoscopy done. Here’s the report:

The colonoscopy reached the terminal ileum, which looks totally normal, so they took a biopsy there. They also found a hyperemic zone about 8 inches from the ileocecal valve, so that got biopsied too.

I-4 biopsies from the terminal ileum.
Rectosigmoid biopsies. Done.

My doctor mentioned some kind of inflammation based on my previous stool tests. Now I'm looking at this new result and I'm lost. Someone please explain what this actually means!

I already posted this on the iron thread. My levels jumped from 6 to 27 out of nowhere.

Here are the results from five days ago.

Hematocrit: 0.349 L.

Iron levels: 27.8.

UIBC is low at 20.8. Get it checked.
TIBC is low at 48.6. It's low.

Ferritin: 16. That's normal.
Transferrin: 2.53. Normal.

Everything else looks perfect. I’m only posting the stuff that came back low. Everything else is totally normal.

So what now?

I was taking Centrum. Honestly, I never had any issues with my iron levels until this year... Now I'm just confused. Could it be some kind of underlying illness? Anyway, thanks for the reply 🙂

Alright, I need some advice because this feels totally weird. I just got my full blood work back, and lately, I’ve been dealing with anemia.

Everything else looks fine, but this part is tripping me up:

Iron: 27.1
UIBC: 18.8 L

How is it possible to have such high iron levels but such low UIBC? Thanks.

Just a heads-up, I stopped taking doxycycline five days before the blood draw.

I need answers on this. My entire lab report looks perfect except for my CRP, which is sitting at 8. White blood cell count and urine tests are totally fine... just that CRP. Some people are saying it’s probably just a virus or some minor inflammation somewhere. What kind of virus actually does that? I'm confused.

So, here’s the deal... I'm a bit confused. I just got my bloodwork back and my Hematocrit is low.

The results show Hematocrit: 0.338L, while the normal range starts at 0.356.

Plus, my iron level is sitting at 20.🤔

Some people say a low Hematocrit means bleeding... but everything else on my CBC Panel looks fine. What's actually wrong?

I just had a radioangiocardiography done, and here’s how the results read:

There is some prolonged retention of the radiopharmaceutical in the lung area, though the left ventricle looks normal.

The curves show no signs of premature arrival of the tracer in systemic circulation, but there are indications of possible minor recirculation. Based on a Qp/Qs ratio of 1.05:1, the L-D shunt is roughly 5% of pulmonary circulation.

The radioangiocardiogram suggests a very minor, hemodynamically insignificant L-D shunt. Central circulation vascular spaces look fine with no D-L shunt present.

My diagnosis is Ductus Botalli.

What do you guys think?
