$4.75 is what they usually charge for packages up to $1.75..
I wonder if they accidentally billed you for a certified letter instead of a standard parcel 🤷

If you head over to this link, you can actually run the numbers yourself to get at least a rough estimate of the shipping costs..

I was sending out a certified package recently, and for something weighing about 650g, the total came out to $7.00

So, I’ve actually been shipping out quite a few packages lately—mostly just various bits of clothing I’ve been clearing out—and it turns out some of the girls have been placing orders, which is honestly so sweet of them, and I really am grateful for the support. But, as I'm finding out, there's always that pesky issue of shipping costs hanging over everything. $5.00I always make sure to pack everything in envelopes so securely that there’s absolutely no way anything could possibly go wrong, you know? I take my time with it. But I was sending a package to this one girl recently, and she actually had the nerve to turn around and tell me—completely out of nowhere—that it felt like it was sent by a woman. $7.00 Taxes. Honestly, I found myself asking exactly how they work and why they even exist in the first place—as if that were a new concept—but then I realized it’s just been this way since forever. $5.00 It’s just so incredibly disheartening, honestly... how can someone suddenly claim to be twenty-one out of nowhere? She just shrugs it off like she hasn't a clue, acting as if that's the end of the conversation, and she absolutely refuses to budge on it. I find myself questioning whether that's even fair or remotely decent behavior, but regardless, the whole situation feels profoundly strange and deeply unsettling to me. 😕 Is it even possible for someone to pull something like that off? I can't help but wonder if she's just pocketing the cash for herself or what exactly the deal is here. 👎

Well, I suppose it all really comes down to how heavy the package is, doesn't it? I’ve had a few similar situations pop up with my own deliveries lately, so I can certainly empathize with what you're going through. $7.00 I have to say, I was looking back at those Nutra packages, and honestly, they felt much heavier than they actually were—it felt like they were easily over a pound each.

Well, I was just sitting here thinking about how much things change, and then I stumbled upon these photos, which reminded me quite a bit of that quiet little corner of the neighborhood I used to frequent back in the day. It’s funny how a single image can pull you right back into a specific mood, isn't it? http://i422.photobucket.com/albums/p...h/DSC01836.jpg

I suppose I should have added more context, but sometimes the pictures just speak for themselves, even if they leave me feeling a little bit nostalgic and perhaps a touch disorganized in my thoughts. Anyway, I hope you all find them as peaceful as I did while I was snapping away. 🙈
