Why’d I get flagged?

So, Matesonik just dropped some points on me—maybe 35? For a thread I started yesterday. It stayed up until today, then they locked it, though no ban or anything. Now I’ve opened another one asking for advice about starting high school tomorrow, and Matesonik gave me points for this one too. So I’m sitting here with maybe 65 points total, or 30, I can't quite remember. He said I was breaking subforum rules, but honestly, I have no clue which ones. Since I'm starting high school tomorrow, I just wanted to get some perspectives from people here. If the topic was bad, they could've at least let people reply before locking it. Getting those points feels weird, too. Please, just take them back. I wasn't trying to break any rules. Also, everyone thinks I'm trolling now just because people flooded my thread with spam, turning it into a complete mess that had to be cleared out or shut down. If people had actually answered my question, the thread would've been worth something. Anyway, please just strip the points. I really didn't mean any harm. 😢
