Look, obviously you should probably go get checked out by a doctor first—just to rule out anything physical before assuming it’s all in your head. Mental health is such a wild, messy thing and it can seriously trigger all sorts of weird pains and physical issues... personally, I’m always dealing with stomach aches and way too much acid reflux, so I get it. You really should try to tackle these problems ASAP because dragging things out just stretches out the stress period, I guess. If they’re things you just can’t fix? Then maybe just try to make peace with the fact that you did everything you possibly could and let it go. We all have this habit of trying to run away from uncomfortable feelings or tension, which honestly just creates even more stress in the long run. I've learned to just ask myself: "Okay, so what? How bad can it actually be?" Like, if it hurts, fine, I'll deal with it. If I can't change it, I have to accept it—there isn't really any other way out. Once you decide to just ride the wave and realize nothing catastrophic is going to happen while you're going through it, you kind of start feeling a sense of relief. I don't really know the specifics of what you're dealing with, but there are just certain things in life we have to process, suffer through, and eventually move past... and in the end, we usually come out of it a little more mature for it. Even the negative stuff and those rough experiences can end up being positive in a weird way; we learn something from everything, especially when it comes to handling the heavy stuff. I hope this helps even a tiny bit 😉 hang in there, it'll pass, you just gotta grit your teeth and get through it!!!

Dealing with bad cramps?
in Women's Health ·
So, I deal with some seriously brutal cramps—like, the first two days are absolutely soul-crushing. I’m talking full-on cold sweats where all I can do is rot in bed, totally unable to focus on anything else... It’s a nightmare. I used to live on Voltaren tablets, but honestly, I ended up doing a number on my stomach lining. Now, even just thinking about taking a standard Voltaren pill makes my stomach start acting up immediately. Back in the day, I basically had a standing appointment with my GP once a month—I’d head straight in the moment my period started to get an injection of Voltaren, and man, it worked wonders. One shot and I was good; it just targeted that specific ache perfectly. But lately? These little Voltaren dissolvable tabs have been my absolute savior. I think they're actually the best thing yet. The real trick, though—and this is huge—is to take the meds the second you feel things starting. If you wait until the pain actually hits its peak, it feels like the pills take twice as long to kick in... which is the last thing you want. For me, just two of those little tabs usually does the trick.
Feeling like I might pee during sex...

Honestly, I totally get what you mean—it happens to me too. But the weirdest part is that intense feeling where you’re convinced you're about to have an accident, even though deep down you know you actually can't go... which, I guess, is pretty normal? Like, for me, right after an orgasm, I can't just hop on the toilet immediately; I definitely have to wait a little bit before I can actually pee. 🙂
