Feeling zero energy lately

Something strange has been going on since yesterday. My blood pressure seems relatively fine, but my heart rate is stuck at 112 bpm. It won't budge. I feel like my chest is about to explode. On top of that, I have zero energy—none at all. I’m struggling just to type this; even holding my phone feels like a chore. I don't know what's happening, but I feel like I might collapse at any second.
