Quick heads-up.
Does anyone know if there’s a local nonprofit or some kind of charity that takes donations like medical supplies, wheelchairs, walkers, feeding stands...
Everything is either still within its expiration date or hasn't even been opened yet.

The movie is honestly incredible.
It reminds me so much of how blown away I was by that French film, Class.
I actually caught it on PBS last week.

roughly $34. I was under the impression the payment wouldn't hit until tomorrow, so I hadn't transferred enough funds yet.
My balance ended up about $5 short, which pushed me into a negative balance slightly beyond the allowed limit. What's the standard procedure for this now?

There isn't really a "procedure."
Just toss some cash into your account and they'll settle it themselves.

where I'm concerned, chocolate has a notoriously short shelf life... 😁

Edit: except for the White Chocolate. That could probably sit on my counter until the end of days...

White chocolate isn't even real.
What they call that is just some sugary mush made of butter and milk.
Jonathan Gray75 said:Lately, I’ve actually been trying to cut back on the sugar intake, though I did make one little compromise. Instead of grabbing a whole cart overflowing with random chocolates and cookies, I just settle for a single Kandit coconut bar that's always waiting for me right by the checkout line at Walmart. 🙂

Personally, I don't even bother with cookies, candies, or those weird cream-filled snacks.
But I will definitely treat myself to some dark chocolate.
I swear I still have at least a pound of different kinds sitting around somewhere. And honestly? I only ever eat one little square. That does the trick for me.

At the end of the day, the prices are just way too high.
No way in hell.

What about bone density and calcium?
Isn't this the actual truth here:

In my case, it's definitely genetic, because I don't see some of those symptoms in my mom.

I have no idea who Rušinović is. I'm from Chicago.

Frane Rušinović was a well-known OBGYN from Chicago who passed away from cancer.
As for hormone therapy, my take—which is backed up by plenty of studies—is that you should steer clear of it in a big way, unless menopause is causing you massive health issues. When it comes to calcium and bones, taking calcium supplements is way less risky than poisoning yourself with hormones that doctors prescribe left and right just to line their own pockets.
Check out the book "what you doctor not speak".
Going to physical therapy twice a year for ten sessions isn't going to do squat. Seriously. The only thing that actually moves the needle is hitting the gym every single day and obsessively repeating those exercises your PT drilled into your head. All that other stuff? It’s just window dressing, especially if you're stuck in a desk chair for eight hours a day.

If I can switch it over to Canadian, you should be able to flip it to American. You’re not just stuck with whatever the menu settings say; you can swap subtitles on the fly while the show is actually running.

I've tried everything—it looks like my DVD is hardcoded in Canadian. Honestly, I should've known better when that shady guy at the corner bodega kept swapping out one disc for another. No matter what I pick, it's nothing but CANADIAN!!!!!!!

Nicole Allen10 said:I think The New York Times just started releasing DVDs of that series. I actually just borrowed one to check it out. They’ve got a new one dropping this Wednesday.

Well, I went ahead and grabbed the DVD—it’s got the pilot and three episodes—but it’s all in Canadian!!!!!
No matter how hard I try to get it to play properly, it just defaults straight to Canadian!!!!
Is anyone else dealing with this total mess?????
