I’m looking to send a small package worth about $40 from Washington, D.C. over to San Diego, and I need the recipient to pay upon delivery via COD...
Since this is my first time handling something like this, I could really use some guidance on the best way to go about it—I’m a bit lost when it comes to the nuances of shipping, whether it’s a certified letter with cash on delivery, a priority mail item with COD, or any of those other technicalities...
And if you wouldn't mind, please don't just point me back to the very first post in this thread; I’ve already given it a read, but the actual step-by-step process still feels a little fuzzy to me...
