Can anyone give me a hand? I just finished a book and now I need to mail it out to everyone who ordered a copy. They're paying via COD—cash on delivery—so I'm wondering if anyone knows what the shipping costs might look like. Also, what’s the best way to actually send it? USPS offers about two million different options and I'm feeling a bit lost. Thanks.
