I’ve got a quick question. As a foreign citizen (from Canada), am I actually allowed to pick up a package sent via poste restante—or whatever other shipping method they use there—to collect it in person? For example, if I order something sent from NYC to a place like St. Građani or Okucanin, can I just show up and grab it? Is this an option for non-citizens in the US? Thanks!
