Who is your favorite Marvel superhero? in Movies ·
I honestly can't wrap my head around why this ended up in the film subforum—since, let’s be real, every single one of Marvel's superheroes originates from the comic books anyway. But whatever, I guess it doesn't matter much.

As far as my own personal obsession goes, it started with Spider-Man, and then I eventually fell down the rabbit hole with the X-Men and the Ultimates.
A Walk to Remember in Movies ·
It’s a total dud of a movie, honestly—but man, it captures that specific early 2000s vibe that I swear was the absolute peak of my life😁. It’s entertaining, if you can even call it that.
Vegeta and Thanos.

By the way—I was just browsing through IMDb, and apparently, they have it listed that the next X-Men film (which would be the sequel to First Class) is slated for a 2014 release.🤷
How to gain weight? in Health ·
So, I’m 14 and a half years old—standing at a whopping 6'3" but weighing in at only 154 lbs. Health-wise, I’m perfectly fine, truly, but my main issue is this massive growth spurt I just went through; I shot up from about 6'0" to 6'3" in a single year, and my weight barely budged. My body looks okay, I guess, but seeing that number on the scale is honestly pretty frustrating. My doctor actually used the term "asthenic"—which is basically medical speak for having a thin, weak build—to describe me. Will the weight eventually catch up? My dad was also incredibly lanky and tall during his teenage years and stayed that way well into adulthood, so I’m starting to suspect this might just be baked into my genetics. To be completely honest, I’m really hoping I’ve finished growing taller, because now I just want to pack on some muscle and weight!

The third one is just emotionally numb—pure ice. Honestly, almost everyone dies for absolutely no reason other than the fact that Jean lost her cool and everything went to hell.😳

I mean, if it had been Magneto or someone like that...
The X-Men series (2000-2019) in Movies ·
Let’s be honest—aside from Wolverine, most of the X-Men cast feels incredibly bland and cookie-cutter... I mean, when you watch certain superhero flicks, you actually get the sense that these characters are real people with actual depth, but I never once felt that connection throughout the X-Men trilogy🤷. It wasn't until we got to First Class that they finally started to fix that issue and give them some life.
What's the best Spider-Man movie? in Movies ·
Christian Cook6 said:that's a straight-up masterpiece—it doesn't even belong in the same league as those 😛

I saw a comment over on YouTube suggesting that if Spidey actually existed in the real world, this is probably how he'd look. Personally? I'm inclined to agree.

The Amazing Spider-Man, obviously. If you’re asking me—and I assume you are—for my take on the Raimi trilogy, here is how they land for me:

Part 1: 7/10
Part 2: 7.5/10
Part 3: 5.5/10

As for Webb’s first outing? Solid 8/10.

X-Men: First Class is honestly incredible. I’m still sitting here scratching my head trying to figure out if they're calling this a full-on reboot or just a prequel... 🤷

God, I really hope it's a reboot—the original trilogy always felt a bit forced to me, almost artificial, and it never quite did justice to what makes mutants so compelling. This? This is finally heading in the right direction.
Garfield, Christopher Reeve, Hugh Jackman, James McAvoy.

What a powerhouse lineup—you’ve got Cave and Hillcoat at the helm... Honestly, this has all the markings of a masterpiece!
Ice Age: Continental Drift in Movies ·
The first one was a total blast, the second felt a bit lackluster—nothing to write home about, really—but then the third one hit the mark again perfectly. 😁

Though, if I’m being honest, I have this nagging feeling that this installment might actually be the weakest of the bunch...

And yeah, Ray Romano is still part of the crew.
